We have engaged FME to assist with our Amazon product page overhaul. We are early in the process, but I like what I have seen so far.

FountainheadME has helped us get our product listings where we want them to be!

After and extensive review of our current Amazon site, we now have a plan in place to better support each of the products, brands and to update the site to make it much more user friendly for the consumers. Perhaps, the only thing they could have improved was communication. We were a little in the dark about our case. Fountainhead got our Amazon account out of suspension. I don't think we could have done it without them. We really appreciate the work they did on our case. If we ever have an Amazon issue again, we will definitely seek them out again!

We've been selling our game thru our own e-commerce website, but made the decision to also include an Amazon presence. We had never used Amazon to sell our products.
We researched and spoke with various consultants who could get us up and running.....and settled on Fountainhead who were responsive, knowledgeable and capable of getting us going.
Since our inventory is already spread around the country with ShipBob, our fulfillment partner, we decided to have Fountainhead set us up to sell FBM.
We're only 4 months into the relationship and just now coming into our holiday season, but to date Jeff and John have been most helpful in working with our marketing and administrative teams.

Onboarding was quick. The estimates and invoices were mostly clear although the 3+% credit card fee was in the fine print. Not expected from an on-line service company to charge cc fees.....All in all a good experience - the long term engagement TBD depending on whether their counsel - which has been good to date - results in more sales....
