I went to Fourleaf credit union bank, Massapequa branch to speak with a representative as there was a fraudulent transaction on my account. I was prevaleged to be represented by Robert Hiffmann. He was very professional in helping me in the process of this matter. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort he took to address the situation and provided guidance and support throughout this process. His professionlism through collaboration was greatly appreciated. Thank you Robert for an excellent experience.

I have been to this bank probably close to 50 times over the years. There is never a wait. Everyone is kind, patient and knowledgable. I wish every bank/corporation treated their customers this way. I highly recommend!!!

I had gotten a call from Georgie Wilson out of the blue. I just happen to say that I was bring money to add to my saving acct, but she advised that there was better options with much better interest rates as long as I did not need the money. So I made appt and met her, very friendly and everything worked out get. Thanks Georgie

Staff very friendly & professional. One person (Sam) went out of her way to help me with a banking problem. Great customer service, especially for a bank.

I went into my online banking to Zelle a friend some money. The system said my Zelle is on hold and to call my bank Four Leaf Credit Union to resolve the problem. This was at 6:45 pm, I got through to a person who verified who I was and was placed on hold for about 8 or 9 minutes then the phone was answered by a person who had to verify my account and then told me they were transferring me to the online banking department who would resolve my issue. I was again placed on hold for a couple of minute and then I got a recorded message saying that I had to call back during banking hours as the phone banking closed at 7pm. These employees played games placing me on hold so they did not have to deal with me and allowed the call to go beyond 7pm. The next day after going through the same multiple verification process I was put through to someone who said he was there to help me. I advised that my Zelle account was placed on hold and I asked him the reason and he gave me a prepared speech about risk and could not give a specific reason.

Started few months back. Username & Password were not recognized. I call in get access make payment and start the same process again the next month. I had tickets opened and all the nice people helping me yet problem continues on. Today I'm told Username doesn't match. Voluntary repo is next step. Between late fees and paper bill increases payment by $30. I don't have the time or energy anymore.

Received a call from Four-leaf was not sure if it was a scam so I went into the branch in Hempstead. I had the pleasure of meeting Georgette Wilson. Who was very professional and explain different ways my money could work for me. I left feeling that my money is in good hands. Thank you for taking the time.

I have been a member of this credit union since 1988. The institution always provided me with great service, friendly and timely. My recent visit at the Albertson branch had been exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable and warm. They treated me with utmost respect as a valuable customer. I feel more than comfortable with the office staff, that I can depend on them with all my banking services there.

I just paid off my car and had a wonderful lending experience with Four Leaf, formerly, Bethpage.
I had the opportunity to call their customer service line several times through the loan process and each individual was professiona and knowledgable.
To compliment the lending experience, they mailed me the title to my car in less than 10 days from payoff. Not too many lenders are that quick and responsive.
Thank you Four Leaf for financing my Ford Edge and given me a fair rate and good service thoughout the loan. I hope to use you again in the future and gladly will give you a five star rating in every category.
