Competitive rates and concise information about investment products currently available. Caroline at the Huntington branch is very easy to work with.

I was with Bethpage credit Union for over 30 years
Since the name change I do not know what happened to them
I have had more trouble logging in online since the name change being lockout out constantly after a mistaken password once and not recognizing my user name which has been the same for 30 years
Logging in on a Sunday is a joke....system down more than up
The last rep at the call center was yawning on the phone and blew off my issues as
my voice became raised and then I got a lecture on how she will not help me till i calmed down
You need customer savvy people not ones who yawn are apathetic and lack customer pleasing skills

Please wake up and be the best that you once were

Whoever your tech team is i suggest you change it because like i said always a log on problem on Sundays

Brandon M. at the Levittown branch was extremely helpful. He assisted me in opening a new MM account with an high yielding interest rate. He recommended updating my accounts with beneficiaries since there were completely blank on all of my accounts. He was a pleasure to work with.

This is a bank that was always on top of their game. They changed CEO's or leadership a few years back and now it's DEI Woke failure. Incompetence at the highest level. For anyone collecting a pension, this bank holds your check until the Monday after the 1st if the 1st falls on a weekend. Every other bank in America deposits on the Friday or Saturday if the 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday. So if you're considering doing business with this establishment, i'd run in the other direction.

I had a virtual meeting with Keshia Cole and she was just amazing. She took her time to explain everything. I was not familiar with FourLeaf and a bit apprehensive working with a virtual bank, since I am in NC, but she put me at ease. Very much appreciate the customer service. Keshia is outstanding!

I had a great experience working with Joseph Nocella at 4 Leaf Credit Union in Bethpage, New York while opening my business account. Joseph was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain every step clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was set up properly from start to finish.

What really stood out was how responsive and supportive he was — he truly made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who actually cares about doing things the right way and treating customers with respect.

This was the worst banking experience of my life. And it also was unscrupulous. We signed up for a home equity loan that was advertised online. The stipulations were that it was a good rate, and it was a promotion, and after we sold our house and went to closing that the loan be paid and that we had to keep open a $25,000 line of credit for approximately seven more months making it a full year. They switched us they switched us to a loan contingent upon the sale of our house, which was not the case, nor was it what we signed up for. It was a bait and switch. We ended up losing $2000 because the difference on the penalty of this three-year loan which we did not sign up for, ended up with us losing $4000 plus when it should’ve been approximately $2000 paying off the $25,000 line of credit per month for the six or seven months remaining. Again this was a promotion, it’s what we wanted. It’s what we were told we were going to get, and it was all a scam. Do not use this facility. When it was Bethpage credit union, it was good and reliable company. We are going to report this.

Amazing team you have in your Patchogue Branch!

DON’T borrow from FourLeaf. They didn’t tell me that they wouldn’t withdraw the final payment from my account, or even that I had to fill out a form and pay a filing fee first. I kept getting incorrect information about resolving this from the employees, exacerbated by a mis-functioning website. Meanwhile they have ruined my credit rating—more expensive insurance, loans etc. Now 6 months later I find out they had the Satisfaction of Mortgage sent to them and I still don’t have proof that I own my house! The whole time they treated my concerns as if I was complaining about the equivalent of getting a hundred dollar bill instead of twenties at the ATM. I guess when they fail to make an electronic bill payment one will get the same lack of solution.

Update:
When I finally managed to pay off everything I was being charged for, I got a letter from the bank stating:
“We will process the loan satisfaction documents and forward them to the proper authority within 30 days. Please note, it can take up to six months before the recorded copy of satisfaction is returned to you.”

I myself contacted the county clerks office and found that it took them from 6/12 to 7/28 to file the paperwork, and that they requested that the letter of satisfaction be returned to them. So I called the bank and explained the situation and asked where was my copy. The person I spoke with was clueless but said they would get back to me. Two days later I got a call back where I was given the same information that I had already given them. When I ask again where is my copy he seemed confused about why I would want that and said that they had never gotten a copy of the letter and that I should just go to the county and request a copy. It would have just been too simple for the bank to say we didn’t get a copy please send one. Instead I had to go look up all the information they ask for. Apparently lifting and a finger for helping customers it’s just way too much work for them.

Find a different bank!

All the tellers and the rest of the staff, are very friendly, professional and helpful. No matter how busy they are, they are always great.

Hey its a busy branch.... The earlier you get there, the faster your experience. Everyone here is a real professional, I recommend this specific branch to all my friends when the "which bank" question is asked of me. Thank you Four Leaf Patchogue !
