South Wales to Northumberland
Chloe, Leighton and the team were extremely helpful and professional throughout our move from Newport South Wales to Northumberland. The staff, service and packing materials were second to none.
Our move fell through at the last minute and as we had agreed a moving date with our buyer we had to move out and put all our possessions into storage. It was a very stressful time but made less so with the help of everyone at Fox Cwmbran.
Carl and Phil moved us out of our old home and then into our new home a month later in Northumberland. They were a pleasure to work with and very respectful of our possessions. Thank you for taking care Mr Bones 🙂!!
For anyone thinking of using Fox I would highly recommend this company and the team at Cwmbran.

Helpful staff and spotless facility
The staff were always helpful and friendly, especially Chloe on reception. The facility was spotless and access was good both inside and outside in the parking area. The contract process was straightforward and troublefree at end. Highly recommend Cwmbran.

Clean and tidy units opening times…
Clean and tidy units opening times especially evening could do with going until 6pm or 6:30pm as it’s hard to get there after work. Prices are a tad high but over all good service

5* Removals and Storage service
We have used Fox Removals and Self storage for number of years now to assist with many large renovations projects (and sometimes the smaller ones too) that we undertake. They will coordinate the safe collection of any of our clients furniture, gym equipment, office furniture etc., de-assemble and label as necessary and take to securely store for us for at their local storage facility until the work is completed. Once complete, they’ll then arrange for the items to be taken back to site, re-assembled and even set out in the room.

The team, especially Chloe, have been fantastic at the Cwmbran branch. Always so pleasant, friendly, helpful and nothing is too much. Sad that I no longer need storage. The only thing I will add (obviously this is out of the team’s hands) is the opening hours and being closed on a Sunday. Other than that, 5*

Prolonged and not easily done .. though the girl I dealt with was nice ……
It doesn’t make clear on what you pay … all you see if the 50% off for the first 2 months … I had to pay £25 before we even got started … then filled in all my details … then got another email and had to fill in my details again ? Then my direct debit details again …. Then had to wait for another email to confirm …. Not the easiest storage I’ve dealt with.
