A must buy
If you work in a lab, you need Foxx's products. For years, my lab wasted time and money before getting Foxx's leak-free spigots. The only carboy spigot I've ever found that does not leak. They also can fit on other carboys, but Foxx rectangular carboys with special caps are highly superb.

The website gives no information on lead times or if an item is a stock item or a custom item. I placed an order several weeks ago and they charged our credit card but one of the items turns out to be custom; it's still not here and I have had to contact them for more information. So far, the purchasing experience with this company is pretty poor; however, my end users must want the products.

I ordered an item for my wife's birthday. I was contacted way after the time it was supposed to arrive and informed the item could not be sent. By this time it was too late to order something else. This site cannot be relied on and has lost my business.

The products are good but the…
The products are good but the production lead time (3-5 weeks) is problematic to my own production logistics. Communication is often poor. My last email inquiry on order status went unanswered. I've been forced to make a larger purchase to ease delays on my end in the future. Sounds simple but this pinches my bottom line. I'd likely order elsewhere except no one else makes the product I'm purchasing.

With hopes of shedding a little light; Foxx Life Sciences is fairly new, but due to manufacturing truly innovative lab supplies, we've experienced unheard of growth (40% for 6 of the past 7 years, 50% already this year). We are honored and grateful, yet along with this growth naturally follows increased need. More stock, labor to build stock, systems, processes, etc. as once non-existent needs develop daily.
Our literal biggest problem is getting more orders than we have stock, but that is a good business problem to have! We face exciting, yet humbling challenges, but the belief in our products motivates us. And, we hope our customers will share this journey, as they deserve optimal service, along with the best lab products.

Find other sources
From a Purchasing perspective, a pretty backwoods approach as a supplier. Your credit card is charged the moment they receive the order rather than charging at shipping as is the norm for most vendors. Once you've paid, be prepared to wait half a year or better for your order to be complete.
I can't speak of their products from a scientific perspective so my review is limited to accounting practices only. Unless they have something unique that you really, really need, I recommend finding another source.
