Complete scam company. They will charge your card and never send you a product

The Fragman sample pack was a great way to explore their fragrances. Each scent was high quality, long-lasting, and had its own unique character. It’s definitely a brand that stands out from the rest.

The only challenge was that the vials didn’t come with clear labeling, which made it difficult to keep track of which fragrance was which while testing them. Having labels on the sample pack would make the experience smoother and more enjoyable.

Overall, still very happy with the purchase and excited to try more from Fragman.

There was a mistake with my order, no big deal, it happens. I reached out and got a response back in only a few minutes saying it was being made right along with a new shipping confirmation. Really excellent customer service. And while I'm at it, I'll say that the items I did receive were well packaged, no frills but very secure which is a great thing for fragile items.

Exceptional Customer Service!This is exactly the kind of company I love doing business with. When I discovered a week after receiving my order that one of my samples was missing, I sent a quick email to let them know. Within 24 hours, they had not only shipped the missing item but also called me personally to confirm it was on its way. Going above and beyond like this for a small order truly impressed me. Their responsiveness and personal touch set them apart from other companies. I'll definitely continue doing business with them and won't hesitate to recommend them to others.

This was my first time ordering from Fragman. I ordered two fragrance samples and they came in a timely manner. I was happy with my purchase and my choices.

This is by far one of the very worst online retailers I've ever ordered anything from ever! I ordered over $200 worth of fragrances from the very early morning of Friday the 15th of August 2025. After days of no order update, no proof of order fulfillment, no proof of shipping and no tracking number; I finally sent an email to their customer support team via the email address listed on their website- info@ fragman.com. I provided my order number and my inquiry of the status of my order. They did not get back to me until the next day, halfway through the day, (now Wednesday and the 4th business day since my order was placed, with no update at all). They gave me what was obviously a stock copy and pasted/automated response that said they experienced a system issue and that my order would be going out that day. Needless to say it never went out and I never received an update. So I inquired again and they just gave me an even more generic "thanks for your concern, we're sending it to the right department. We appreciate your patience while we work on it." Response. And would not address my concerns of the previous emails and not answer anything for me. Finally, after getting the runaround for several more days, I asked that if my order is not sent out that day to please refund me. They ignored those emails completely and just sent me one saying it is being reviewed by their "fulfillment team". What review?? What fulfillment team?? I sent real money that came out of my account well over a week ago and have gotten nothing but the runaround in return. They either have the product in stock and therefore they pack and ship it to me in a reasonable professional timeframe (the same or next business day as my payment was received. Or they don't have it and they need to refund me. But despite spelling that out and asking for a refund multiple times, they just keep sending me the same "we appreciate your patience while we send this to the proper team to help" emails. Finally this morning (Monday August 25th and 10+ days after I placed the order and the money came out of my account), I received the exact same word for word copy and pasted response as the very first one... it is literally copy and pasted, stating the system issue and that my order is getting out today and on its way, but have gotten no real order confirmation or proof of fulfillment or tracking number or anything and it is now 2:30pm eastern time(their time zone). Again, this is the EXACT word for word response that I received over 4 business days ago with no update and my order never shipped, so this is clearly just a stock answer. I don't know if this company is a fraud or what, but I've never had issues like this ever and never received this poor level of customer service and support ever anywhere. I have demanded a refund now 3 times and they refuse to issue it and refuse to address the issues. I am now going to have to file a dispute through my bank to get my funds back. I don't know if anyone else has experienced anything like this, but I am extremely frustrated and disappointed because all I wanted was to receive the product I purchased in a somewhat reasonable manner and I am getting nowhere after a week and a half now. I greatly appreciate any feedback from anyone else who might've possibly gone through similar or had issues and was able to resolve them. But my feedback is to stay far away from this business! They are the worst I've ever dealt with!
