Free shipping is a hoax

Took a week to process my order. Plus they offer free shipping on orders over $99. All items ordered said to qualify for this offer. Order total before taxes was over $120 and was charged shipping anyway. I believe in honesty and will not do business again with this company’s false promises.

Everyone was polite and did everything…

Everyone was polite and did everything in a timely manner. I would recommend going to a different shipping avenue like viking or pirate ship. You could save your customers a lot of money on shipping. I appreciate everything you did for me.

Loved ordering from here!

I forgot to make an account, but when I asked for help, they got back to me really fast. The whole process was easy. I ordered the FrothPro Shampoo Frother and some natural colognes/perfumes, and they arrived really fast! And I love everything, definitely recommend!

Hi there, we do understand your frustration and do have a claim in with USPS. Unfortunately, in Illinois we had highways shut down, and carriers not able to be on the roads due to extreme weather conditions. We are starting to come out of this storm that is -34 degrees, with 50mph winds, and 13 inches of snow. None of our carriers were able to pick up our shipments hence this delay. The USPS has committed to us to have the investigation completed tomorrow, and if not, we will send you a replacement order. We apologize for this inconvenience. and truly understand the frustration. Packaging did not withstand UPS shipping

My order was for 2 1/2 gallons of conditioning Shampoo. Package arrived today badly damaged. The cap on the container had been smashed allowing release of the container contents.
Frank Rowe Customer Service took care of replacement quickly and without hassle and that deserves a 5 star.
Looking at in hindsight the cap on the container was a hard plastic and easily broken, the container was poorly packaged and box only carried on small warning label indicating it was Liquid/Fragile. Packing and shipping warrants a 1 star.

I didn't recieve the blade lock I ordered. I recieved the plastic package with the bar code that said it was a blade lock, but it was empty.

I'm happy with my purchase. However, it was supposed to come with a #7 blade, if I understood the ad correctly. I did not receive the blade. I am not sure if it's supposed to come separately or not. There was no clarification on that. But I am happy with the purchase of the ultraedge clipper.
