I’ve been dealing with Frank Rowe & Son for as long as they’ve been around. my grooming shop the Clip Joint in Baltimore Maryland has been in business for 53 years. My two sisters my mother and I met Frank Rowe himself when we started Attending the groom expo in Hershey PA. Great great company!
