My artero thinners came broken

My artero thinners came broken, my stripping knife was missing and I was given two pairs of the wrong style shears. Completely inaccurate and broken order. Will not use company again.

I ordered hard to get clippers which…

I ordered hard to get clippers which were backordered at the time. I haven’t used them yet but the ordering process was easy and they shipped when they said they would and didn’t charge me until they shipped. I would definitely order from them again.

Customer Service girl was very polite…

Customer Service girl was very polite and helpful for helping me order my products.In no time I got my clipper combs.Then later before my actual delivering date I got my Km 10 clippers.

I placed an order yesterday and I wanted to ask an associate a question. I was able to reach someone and she was able to answer my questions. The items were sent out promptly. The items were well priced and they were exactly what I was looking for.

the prices were great compared to some…

the prices were great compared to some other grooming stores.The shipping was very fast and all back ordered items came a month before they were supposed to which was super helpful .

Order didn’t ship when promised and…

Order didn’t ship when promised and there was no notification of the change. The website is terrible. Not easy to navigate. Customer service didn’t listen to me when I asked them to correct the billing address. They deleted the wrong order with the correct billing address instead of the one I told them to delete. I still haven’t received my order. The shampoo is crucial and I’m now completely out and had to resort to store bought shampoo to get me through.
