Freedom Destinations Bewertungen

Relaxed and comfortable approach to discussing holiday requirements, great suggestions on timings and visits to ensure the trip is extra special.

Every time we have booked a holiday with Freedom Destinations we have experienced first class service. This time has been the same. Jazzmin has been brilliant, and very patiently coped with various alterations we made to the itinerary due to our changes of mind. Thank you.

My husband and I are planning a big trip, having used Freedom before we had confidence in contacting them again.
Megan was very knowledgeable and helped in the decision making process. All telephone and email communication was prompt and helpful.
Megan was very patient and offered informed suggestions, she made the whole process easy.
As it was a big trip we contacted another travel company who definitely fell short of expectations coming in at a higher price with an inferior trip.
Well done Freedom and special thanks to Megan for making the trip we had dreamed about a reality.

For what I wanted, it was very simple and extremely well executed by my appointed agent, Kate. I couldn't fault how she handled my requests and questions.
A first class service which is becoming a rarity these days!

Really helpful and caring service from knowledgeable staff

I have used Freedom Fedtonation before and returned because I had a very positive experience before.
I have not been disappointed this time. Your staff are extremely professional and pleasant and genuinely helpful and they make the process simple.

Telephone calls were answered quickly and dealt with in a friendly professional manner.
Courtney the lady who organised my holiday to Canada was extremely helpful throughout and gave me some good advice helping us decide the places we wanted to visit in Canada. Thank you Courtney for all your guidance & support in helping us book our trip to canada.

Always a pleasure to deal with this company. Given excellent suggestions for the trip and they are happy to customise. Used them on several occasions for our long haul trips and so far everything has gone very smoothly. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and communication is efficient.

I stumbled on Freedom Destinations but wish i had found them years a go. Their understanding of what I wanted alongside great partner connections and knowledge of the destination made the whole booking process painless. I’ve never had a travel booking that has gone so smoothly and left me feeling totally reassured. A big shout out to Kate who has been fantastic

Many thanks to Abbie for her friendly and helpful manner in arranging our holiday. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Listened to our requirements and tailored our holiday accordingly, didn’t pressure us to make a decision, prices reasonable, communication good and staff friendly and knowledgeable - overall very pleased with service.

I saw the advert on Facebook which really goes against the grain for me but I thought let’s give it a try. Jadie was professional and polite not pushy and did everything she said she would. Quotation sent by email with no hidden extras. 5* will definitely use again

A young lady called Allie. She knew her destinations and listened to out requests. Absolutely amazing.

Fantastic service from the advisor in supporting developing an itinerary for our Australia trip. The called when they said they would, responded to emails promptly and advised on a route which was best in our multi centre trip. Would definitely recommend the company

Caroline, north America specialist has been fabulouscso far, can't wait for our trip!

They have specialists for the zone you wish to travel to and if you wish can compile a bespoke holiday just for you, multi centre too if you wish. They’ll even set up transfers, tours and excursions too. Very easy to contact and I’m very impressed that they not only choose quality hotels at the level you ask for, they get you decent rooms too. Highly recommended. Thank you Sam for your assistance.

The travel agent actually “read my mind” and booked me the most beautiful room with a bathtub 😁🙏❤️, which I forgot to mention.
Thank you so much for everything, a brilliant job- logistics, speed, and like I said- actual listening to the client❤️

Contacted FD amongst other travel agencies for a trip to New Zealand. FD stood out as best at understanding our requirements and to bring our ideas to reality without breaking the bank. Communication and contacts are excelelnt and really looking forward to our tailored trip

Excellent experience. The consultant was very helpful, listening to our preferences and advising us on options. We are very pleased with the final proposal.
