Lender credit was offered and it fell thru after interest rate was locked and credit reports were run/payment was taken. Definitely do not recommend.

She helped me on practically every step of the way. I am not a technical oriented person at all so this process of refinancing is a nightmare for me. When I retired years ago I left the computers behind. Kate managed to patiently walk me through. She needs to be in a classroom teaching.

Travis wouldn’t walk me through how to send an email to him on my phone, was constantly talking over me, Being rude and impatient, I’m a disabled veteran no computer skills whatsoever was asking for help and he told me he couldn’t help me.

I have started the process and so far they have been doing great

Nic Reed was very polite and courteous. He provided all the necessary information I needed, answered all my questions and worked to get me the best interest rate. Loan costs were lower than those of Quicken Loans.

Began the process in March. It’s now June and the loan still hasn’t closed. No one returns your texts, emails or phone calls. Don’t use them.
