My only criticism would be that it took nearly a month which was not my expectation going into process.

Ayria was our contact representative through the loan process with West Capital Lending. He made the process very positive, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with.
The home accessor chosen to evaluate our home value, however, was dismal at best. She forgot her measuring wheel, so had to buy one at Home Depot once she arrived. Her officially accessed home value was so inaccurate that it was lower than the county tax accessment!

Our rep, Benjamin, was great. My only issue was some communication things during the process. Could have been me, but I took notes. My understanding at one point in the process was that we could pay closing costs and buying points at closing, without having it rolled into the loan. That did not happen. So, we didn't get $120k, we got $114,500.
