First delivery today from FMP. I changed from my previous supplier due to everything being under weight. So happy as everything weights what it should. Everything looks great. Will order again in October without any doubt.

Ordered pork loin joints, extra lean beef mince and lamb chops. Came well packaged.

Pork and mince looks good but haven’t tried it yet so can’t comment on taste. Lamb chops are atrocious. I was shocked how thin they have been cut to begin with, but then came across 5/6 “chops” that are no thicker than bacon slices. Not even sure what to do with them. These were the most expensive part of my order and the part I was most looking forward to.

Any self respecting butcher would not have served what I have received to a customer. Can’t help but think I’ve been fobbed off because I’m an online customer, because I highly doubt they would’ve given these to someone at their shop/market. It has put me off ordering anything of more substantial value (ie steak) because I dread to think how they would be sliced.

Unfortunately I won’t be a repeat customer.

My first order has arrived this morning still nice and chilled, everything looks as good as I'd hoped/expected it to be. So I'm more than happy. I will be ordering again in the future, so I hope the standard & prices remain the same

Bought 8kg of steak paid lots of money and the package was just dumped on my door step ripped up, looked up as if it thrown there.
Not sure I’ll be ordering anything again.
Not happy.

Sirloin steak was full of fat and grisle these were cheap and that’s what I got rest of meat was fine I spent £85 on a rib of beef that was grisley so this is my last order

AVOID - consistent late delivery issues with meat being off when received and having to go in the bin. First few orders next day no problem then went downhill despite getting written management assurance of next day delivery. Shocking so called ‘customer service’ when you do have a problem, delayed email replies with no ability to phone. Much better online butchers out there who consistently deliver next day as promised. They blame DPD but other better quality butchers also use DPD and I have not once had any delayed delivery in several years of ordering from other butchers. The actual meat is on par with supermarket meats, nothing special and not the best quality at the price. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for better service and quality meat. Final order for £175 went in the bin after 52 hours in transit during the heat of summer! No refund despite written assurance of manager that this order would be delivered next day.

I spent £190 last week I am regular so I know when things change and right now the steaks are being over trimmed, for me the fat matters but for some reason some can be processed bald whoever it is that trims all the fat off is someone who thinks fat on a steak is not good for health or no fat is the preference for them, well I have bought from all the big online and they all follow this pattern.

Something needs to be done about this talk to whoever cuts the steaks or is it just imported this way and these sellers have no control over it?

It comes down to this I feel buying bulk like I do monthly I worry just what I will get in the box, fat on or fat off, and that is not how it should be.

Fresh Meats are still the best but leave the fk fat on please.

If people don't like the fat they can cut it off, but for us that like the fat we cannot cut it on.

I will be honest you do good steaks but no fat like this last lot of Scottish Sirloin is just not acceptable and warrants a 1 star response and the 5kg I got last month ordered as marbled was same over trimmed, whoever you source it from are over doing it.

I will raise to 3 stars as I don't like negativity and as I like your steak, website and prices also DPD are good in my area, my concern is I just don't want lean meat and it is a risk every month and at £2000+ a year I spend on just steak I expect better.

My first order and it arrived today ..well packed and chilled. I had 20 fillet steaks ..only one looked a little bit fatty so we put it on the bbq this evening to try for flavour together with the two free rump steaks….all so tender and so tasty. Can’t fault any of the meat. Terrific value .. would totally recommend this company and its meats.

Meat arrived a day late then what was expected, the main thing I was disappointed with is you can see the steaks have been glued together and not all from the same part

Excellent service and product

Have to say bought whole sirlion, fresh tasty stunning. Bought the lamb chops cut of (you dont have to put the little bits of bone in so it makes it haveier. ) not very good for the money. Free rump steak absolutely melts ive never tried better. Sort the lamb out cut ofs out

My first few orders were really good, really nice sirloin, tender and tasty. Then, on ordering exactly the same thing again, the steaks were tough, ropey, grisly and didn't taste as good, the bits we could chew anyway. I thought I'd just been unlucky but subsequent orders were all equally bad so I won't be buying from them again. No I didn't make a complaint, seemed pointless, I just found another supplier.

I wanted to leave a second review praising the new saucy steaks. I hope they keep these on offer permanently as they turned out to be a fantastic add-on to my usual order. The saucy steaks were absolutely delicious; perfectly marinated and spiced, with a nice variety of different flavors. Everyone loved them and couldn't get enough. I look forward to ordering more soon.

I've ordered the short bone tomahawk steaks a number of times. They are always beautiful. They have been butchered with care and quality of the meat is really good. Smoked and reverse seared they are amazing....my Saturday treat!

Good quality meat

Ordered from here a couple of times now. The last lot of steak was a bit ropey, quite a lot of gristle and when we had a bbq, I noticed my elderly mother didn’t eat her steak. This time the steak was ok, quite large sirloin pieces and they didn’t look too fatty. The kebabs and koftas are very nice. The lamb chops were rubbish tbh, all fat and very little meat, which is a shame as I love lamb chops, I doubt my husband will eat them, I quickly bagged them up and put them in the freezer so that he didn’t see them lol. The game will be up when I serve them up to him lol…. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, the meat isn’t the best quality and the cuts of meat vary in size, some chops are thick cut and some are tiny. I would order from here again but I’m not sure if I would order lamb chops again, they certainly aren’t like they show on the online pictures.

Always arrives on the day I order & although there was an issue with my order this time it was sorted out immediately without question, great quality from an unusual product to buy online
