I ordered a Chocolate Lab face mask, received it promptly (within 2 weeks) and couldn't be more thrilled with the purchase! The quality is great and the graphics terrific ... very vivid and precisely as shown on line. I have received several compliments since wearing it which resulted in my referring this company to others.

I know because of Covid it took some time for my 2 tshirts to come in but I received them yesterday and am so very happy.

I ordered some t-shirts and they are better than I could have hoped for. I love my dogs and the sentiments on the shirts say it all. I love wearing them, the size is perfect ..... especially when I am out walking my dogs. I hope they don't come out with new stuff I will want, as I am trying to stop buying online

I ordered several masks back in March and yet the status still states printing. Unable to reach anyone. Quick to withdrawal the money for sure. I got scammed.

I order a t-shirt was very happy with it true to size my mask on other hand did not look at all like it it was suppose to. Look like they are a little slow but I think it had nothing to do with company over all I was happy and would reorder T-Shirts

Do NOT order from them. I have been waiting for over 5 weeks and my order hasn't changed status since I ordered it. I send emails requesting updates and all I get is the run around... Facebook should BLOCK them and not allow such a poor service company to advertise.

Sorry to report but this company is horrible, they have been Processing a mask for me since April 27th, and still not shipped. By now I feel this should have been done and when I try to reach someone on the phone all I get is a recording, will never order from them again and recommend that no one else does unless yo have a long time to wait for your item.

Still have not received masks. Order RL-10482-43748. I HAVE DONE MULTIPLE REQUESTS ABOUT THIS.

I'd give them no stars if that were an option. It's been over 5 weeks since I placed this order and nothing. It has been "processing" for over a month. The phone # doesn't give you the option to talk to anyone. And they will not respond to emails. I did get to chat with them two weeks ago and was told they would make sure my order was shipped in a few days. Still nothing and the order still shows "processing". And the option to chat is now gone. I think this site is a scam site and they take your money and you never get your order. Time to cancel with the credit card company. So sad during these hard times that there are still people out there who take advantage of you. Shame of you horrible crooks!!

I got my shirts and they were correct.
I’m happy and will order again.

Size Large tank top was not as advertised. Shirt was child size. I filed a claim stating that the shirt was too small, so they are sending me another same size. I guess they don't read the reason I filed a dispute.
Tried four times to email them but the email never went through. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is the first time that i ordered from Frvlove and I was very pleased with my purchase. I was able to find something I have been searching for for a long time. I purchased a t-shirt for my sister for her birthday. This was the last site I searched before giving up the search when I found exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely order from them again.

Took awhile but finally received my poster. Everything I expected.

this is a rip off don't order from them .never received the mask I ordered put took my money !!!!
