I loved the designs so ordered without checking out the company. I know better, but am blaming it on being stuck inside so long and wanting cute masks for when I could finally get out!

DO NOT ORDER unless you want money taken immediately from your account and no merchandise for your charges. I have been waiting for over a month... beyond the 14-21 business days the website states. The responses they send must be computer generated... all the same regardless of the question you ask.

After several emails, they refunded half my money, said they'd check into the status, then nothing. I emailed again and they told me to file a claim. Ridiculous!

So, as cute as the masks look, I doubt I'll ever actually see them in person.

Been waiting a month for my order. Bankncard was debited for it but its telling me nothing matches and I couldn't find my email that was supposed to been sent after i place the order. Very unhappy and dissatisfied

My husband ordered 10 masks on May 3rd. Took money straight away Website said would take 14-21 days to receive. On checking order status it has said printing ever since order placed. No answer from telephone number listed. Online chat just reiterates that an email will be sent when shipped and as status says printing should be sent soon. I wish I had reviews before he placed the order as I would have never done so He is now going to my a claim on his credit card. Those that received orders from this comany were obviously the lucky few. Do not order from them

I ordered 2 face marks back in March, given benefit of covis-19 for late shipping. However today is June 3 and I have not heard anything. Although my bank account was charged for these on March 27th. Now I get Noone to talk to and the confirmation code is no longer valid.

SHAME ON ME, i like the others should have read the reviews first but I saw the ad on FB and at a time of being vulnerable and seeing what i thought was a cute option to wearing masks i ordered. Like everyone else i am reading about i ordered two face masks April 28th, and they still show they are printing, and i have tried contacting them three times now and have not had any contact back I had ordered from multiple vendors on ETSY and had all my product in less than 2 weeks, one of which came to me from Hawaii and i am in Illinois, this company shows they are located 5 hours from my home.......... Live and Learn i guess, this is my first review i have ever made as i do not like to bad mouth anyone giving them the benefit of the doubt but myself being in Customer Service I am really, really disappointed. The girl that has her face underneath all the masks that keep popping up and being advertised on FB should hide for good reason, it's just shameful. I work hard for my dollar and they just got a chunk of change out of me I guess

This company if it really exists is a total rip off. Like other people I ordered on April 19th on April 21st there web site said order being printed. Don’t believe them as I have still not received my order.......they tell me it’s being printed.
Just how long does it take to print I have asked......no one seems to know?
So buyer beware.

Ordered a sheltie face mask back in April, now June 2nd. No mask, and status of order hasn't changed. Still printing. I contacted the company twice. The first time was a "robot" response, the 2nd purported to be from customer service.
The customers who are happy ordered TShirts.
The rest of us got burned

Do not order from Frvlove.com! It is a scam. I placed an order on April 23 and still have not received it. Status shows "printing". I contacted them via e-mail and they replied that my order was in production. I requested a refund and they did not respond to it.

Again do not order from this place! I will be contacting the BBB.

Ordered a mask end of March. Still no mask but they took my money. Been in printing for over a month. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE PEOPLE. ITS A SCAM.

If it was an option to give 0 stars that would be my choice. Terrible business that takes your money, tells you 15 days to ship and a month later there are still no masks, nor are they even ready to ship!!!

Disgusting to me, especially in a time where people depend on these for their immune compromised systems.

finally received partial order after more than a month. Very poor quality mask, good thing I bought elsewhere. I will never do business with this company again, especially now that I know this is a Chinese company. Very disappointed with whole transaction.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a mask on 4/18/20 and have not heard a word. Tried to contact them and cannot get an answer through any of their ways to contact them. I am going to turn them into the BBB.

They say on site 14 to 21 business days to received order and its been 27 days since I ordered and no sign of the mask.They should not advertise those dates if they can't hold to them.A month waiting for mask.

I ORDERED $78 WORTH OF MASK AND TSHIRT...RECIEVED TSHIRT TODAY..NO MASK AND NO DETAILS OF MASK TO COME. ONLY ONE TRACKING NUMBER AND NOT EVERYTHING I ORDERED. VERY DISAPPOINTED...HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM.

I finally received my mask. Unfortunately the mask is so tight that it pulls my ears forward and falls off. I am trying to stretch it so we will see! Might have to send it back!

Oh mio dio! If only I had taken the time to READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING! This company is run by sloths who have no concept of professional ethics. My order is still "processing" after 3 months of waiting! They are not efficient or effective in "processing" anything other than taking your money. I will be reporting them to BBB and Facebook. Disgusting!

Yes, it took a long time to arrive, but after I contacted customer service they got back to me quickly and the item was completed and shipped in just a few days. The printing is very good and my daughter loves it. Clearly, there are a few bugs to work out but in these times it helps to have a little patience as everyone's systems are a bit out of whack.

Ordered face masks on April 30 and as of June 14, no masks. Order says "printing". Whatever the heck that means. $39 taken out of my account on May 1. Who are these people.
