I tried to contact this firm, by email, in order to become a client, so that I could have a will formulated, but I received no reply at all.
So a fortnight later I followed this up with a further polite request for a reply, but again got no response whatsoever.
This is far from acceptable of any solicitor who, on their website, claims high professionalism, and hence I can only surmise that I would not receive the professional advice needed from this particular firm at all in order to create a will.
It certainly didn't augur well, and so consequently I have gone elsewhere.

Ffion Thomas came to my house to write a Will and submit Power of Attorney. She was very professional, helpful and efficient. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed and confident in my decisions. I will be using her in future for any family law problems

What can I say about Ffion. Ffion is an absolute professional at what she does, she’s understanding, patience and full of knowledge. Takes time to explain things properly using plain English and guides you in the correct way. Ffion is the best of the best at what she does ams her customer service is second to none, whatever you need she is always at the other end of the phone. I can’t thank Ffion enough for all her help. Ffion listened to what we wanted for our wills to say, complicated due to us wanting to ensure our pets would be cared for after we had gone. She was friendly, efficient and gave good advice.

Ffion was extremely efficient whilst still approachable, friendly and took time to explain everything in detail without using too much legal jargon.
She prepared a will for my elderly parents and for nominal fee (low enough to belong to the 1970's!) drove to
their home as they have mobility issues.

Emailed FT Law for an appointment through the online enquiry form. Had no response so called the office. Received a reply suggesting a time and date which I accepted but had no confirmation email. On the day of the appointment we called to make sure Ffion was coming, she said she’d be slightly late. At the appointment time my partner received a text saying she was stuck in traffic and wouldn’t arrive until an hour later than agreed. Ffion said she would give us an appointment at the end of the week as it appeared she had no intention of attending the appointment she was late for. We reluctantly agreed but that was 11 days ago and still haven’t heard anything. Very disappointing.

Ffion claims in her response to my review that the appointment requested was on Good Friday. Ffion herself offered an appointment at the “end of the week” after cancelling at very short notice then never got back to us.
Please don’t lie or offer home visits for housebound clients if you are unable or willing to keep appointments.
We had to contact you after bank holiday when you failed to get back to us with your offer of an appointment at the end of the week.
You claimed you were sick and that is why you didn’t book us in after cancelling the appointment on the Monday and offering an appointment “later in the week”.
When you eventually replied to our message explaining how disappointed we were that yet again that you hadn’t got back to us, it was only then that you offered another appointment.
You didn’t get a response to that because why would anyone pay £125 for an hour with someone so unreliable?

Ffion was fantastic helping write my will. Friendly, warm approach with great professional advice. An efficient service. She was prompt answering emails, setting up appointments. Drafting the will. All done in a very timely manner.

This company is absolutely awful, I have spoken many time to Fiona and she has made my mothers passing even harder. She never answers email or the answer machine. She has repeatedly refused to share the death certificate or the will with my. My mother only child, its hard enough losing a parent but this law firm makes it so much harder. Do not use this firm

Ffion Thomas didn't keep appointment on Thursday 10th October at 10am at my home. Text message to give excuse of 'family emergency'. Why no phone call as did not see text till evening time? Re-arranged via text for Monday 14th at 10.30. At 10.50 I called Ffion Thomas as she had not arrived at appointment time. No answer so I left a voice message stating my name and phone number and asking if she was going to call in with me today. No response to that whatsoever. I am not impressed.....two strikes and you are out Ffion Thomas. So unprofessional. Perhaps just as well she didn't turn up if that is an indication of the way she conducts her business.

Ffion was fantastic in supporting me with my child arrangements matters, drafting a will and advising on best course of action for supporting family members where a lasting power of attorney will be needed in the near future.

Highly recommended, provided very honest and clear legal advice. Ffion is incredibly empathetic, kind, courteous and understanding.

Ffion did my will and it was such a seamless experience. Writing a Will can be a daunting experience but she made me feel so at ease. Highly recommend
