I found the whole process really straightforward. I got the information I needed from the website and then called to get more details and a quote. I asked lots of questions and was listened to and put at ease through the process. I compared three different companies, and Funerals with Grace felt the most compassionate, empathetic, informative, and best value for money for the services included in the package.

I appreciated having the choice to pay monthly or in full, and the information pack explaining everything we’d purchased arrived the following week. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I felt completely comfortable making the purchase, with absolutely no sales pressure at any point.

I'm sure it's never nice to put your affairs in order for any one but it has to be done.so I contacted funerals with with grace to start the process of my funeral wishes.and I'm pleased but say from the first contact they were extremely kind and helpful the gentleman talked me through the whole process and answered any of my questions or concerns I picked the the plan that suited myself and was surprised how little the cost was
You can pay in full or over time that's best for you .I chose to pay over 24 months this method is completely interest free so I'm so relieved this is the biggest issue I no longer have to worry about.im so grateful to funerals with grace for all their kind help and the ease of the whole process.
