I ordered my litter box on March 20th, and it still hasn't been shipped. I have messaged the chatbot feature multiple times for assistance. Even though the bot said someone would email me if I left the page, no one has. I wouldn't be as upset if I were getting updates about my order, like manufacturer delays, but I've heard nothing. I feel so unheard that I decided to leave a review, because I know there is a higher chance they will comment on a negative review then reply to my questions on their site.
Update 4/15/2026:
I'm in contact with customer service.
Turns out they sold out the product I purchased. They tried to get me to switch my order to one of their other products. I said, "If you can give me an estimate of when it will be available for delivery, I am fine with waiting for the correct litter box to be back in stock. I will consider my order a pre-order." I made sure to add, "I want a promise that I will still have the guaranteed 30-day return once the order has been delivered." They gave me an estimate that my order will be ready by early May.
I'm not changing my rating to two stars because, after I told them that the product is still listed for sale on the site, they still haven't changed the status (at the very least to pre-order) two days later.
I'll do another update in May when I get my product.

Excellent customer service.
We had an issue with one of their products which meant we could not use it. Even though we were sure it would be a good idea, it just didn't work out for us. Furrbby was very supportive and understood our concerns. Their support team was very polite. We came to an amicable conclusion. This is a good group. I highly recommend them.

We bought the XL enclosed liter box. Our kitties jumped in and used it right away. They unfortunately do not like it being covered so we removed it. The stainless steel has held up very good.

Ultimately made it right.
I want to give 5 stars like my last review but unfortunately I can not. Due to poor customer service and change in design. I have bought 6 XXL stainless steel sifting boxes for pine pellets. My first 4 boxes were the best ever. I was happy to pay what I did. Absolutely the best litter boxes ever! And they arrived quickly.
Then I ordered two more. All ordered within 6 months. With the last being ordered on January 9 I believe. When I received them, after waiting more than a month there seems to have been a design change and they do not work properly as compared to my previous 4 boxes. I am very disappointed. They say they are addressing the issue. Ultimately furrbby did make things right by me by refunding my money and told me I did not need to return the defective boxes. But that was only after a month of frustration and emails, pictures, videos, contradictory emails. Them telling me at first I was past a 30 day return policy on an order placed on December 25, and received on January 29! With me again having to prove to them the shipping date printed on their own label! Trying multiple ways to get in touch with them. Very frustrating. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. I’m not sure if I ever communicated with an actual person. Furrbby go back to your original design! You had a great product.

Wish we used Furbby sooner...
I *really* loved my experience with Furbby and will purchase from them again if I ever need to. Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. I received a broken product, contacted
them via email, phone and text. Two months later, I get a response and they said I could return it at my expense, as it was outside of the 30 day period ( due to their lack of response). They will give you the runaround, just so you keep it and they keep their money. Seriously there are similar products out there. Avoid at all costs!

Best litter pan ever! I bought the XXL with a cover, it assembled and can disassemble in seconds, easy to clean, and is large enough for my 18lb cats with plenty of room.
Worth the price knowing I will not have to buy any more litter pans, but I will be buying a second and third soon enough.

Literally the best investment I’ve ever…
Literally the best investment I’ve ever made! I have two cats and we used the old school plastic litter boxes which always left a stench, since switching over to furrbby littler box the stainless steel has made the clean up process a 10/10!! Picking up the litter and all with the plastic bag has saved me from the dusty mess I’ve used to endure.

I’m attempting to return a stainless steel litter box and I cannot get the company to provide a return address. I have tried chatting, I have tried emailing, I have tried calling… No response… No ability to leave a message… I feel like you are running me out on the 30 day return. If anyone has a return address for me I would greatly appreciate it as this company will not respond to have this product returned. Will not be ordering again due to the length of response from customer service will not be ordering from them again it took more 3 to 7 business days to get my order which was the end of the month all
You give 3 to 7 business days on your website,, but I ordered on 1 February and it took you guys to the end of the month to get me my order then it took several weeks before you guys responded to any emails so that is why I gave you one Star for the like of communication customer service

Beginning to Believe it's a Scam
I placed an order on Feb. 15th and despite their clearly stated shipping policy (typically ship within 2 days, delivery expected between 3-7 days), as of the 27th I have not only not received my order but a tracking number hasn't even been created. I reached out to their support email on the 22nd and again on the 26th. The only contact they've made with me after the confirmation email was in response to my email on the 22nd and that was just to tell me to be "patient and wait."
I tried calling their support number and no one picked up. There was no recording to let me know I'd called the correct business and when I was told to leave a message, I was immediately told their mailbox was full.
This is becoming unacceptable and if it's not resolved I'm going to have to do a charge back on my credit card. I see reviews that seem real of people who had positive experiences ordering from Furrbby but the company's heavy use of AI generated images makes me question the authenticity of these positive reviews. I see other people who also feel like they've been scammed. I hope posting this review somehow gets their attention and my order gets fulfilled because contacting them through email and phone hasn't helped.
UPDATE: They emailed back on the 27th only to tell me that they *just noticed* the litter box I ordered is out of stock. It should not take *two full weeks* for them to notice they don't have an item in stock and communicate that to the customer. If it was supposed to be shipped within two days, how could they have not noticed sooner? I'm not impressed by this company and would not recommend ordering from them.

Yes, it's worth the money
This is both a great idea and a very well-made litter box.
My reason for purchase was that the cat had stopped using the plastic box and my local pet food supplier told me that was because the plastic absorbs odors and eventually the cat doesn't want to use it anymore. This stainless steel litter box did solve that, and since the metal doesn't absorb odor it presumably solved it forever.
There is zero wasted litter, another benefit.
This thing is literally the Rolls Royce of litter boxes.

Great design and performance. This XL box is perfect for our two cats. The stainless steel tray is easy to clean and doesn’t absorb odors like my old plastic litter box. The cats are happy and I’m happy.

I love my new pellet litter box
I love my new pellet litter box, no more kitty litter to clean up , the pellets stay in the box. I use one weekly rabbit pad for the bottom so the plastic liner bags lasts for about a month or so. No smell as long as I clean up poop regularly. I also use a baby diaper pail for the poop and spray cedar spray in the pail when changing. Very clean and no mess.

Favorite litter box!
As a "de facto" cat rescue, I've relied on various types/models of conventional litter boxes (as well as an automatic) for years. Recently, I have started switching out my old boxes for Furbby stainless steel boxes. Not only are they easier to keep clean, they do not retain odors. Additionally, the variety of designs accommodates a wide range of locations and sizes of cats. My Furrby litter boxes are one of the best investments I have made for my cats. Highly recommend!
