I just recently had my windows changed
I just recently had my windows changed updated and renewed basically and I found this company through and online search for windows and doors had a few of their agents come out to do a survey measurements and I was very pleased with her professionalism and was also impressed at their willingness to work around my issues on finances as a whole I'm very pleased with the work that was completed I had two windows updated and changed and the installers fitted it professionally and took care around my property by laying down mat on every area that was needing to be worked on overall I've kind of really liked working with this company they've done a great job and treating me well as a customer and helped me through getting finances sorted to get the work done by only starting off by doing two windows at a time I have 5 in total so the next three will be done in another job that I'm going to get done with the same company and the third job will be the doors to get done
, I would highly recommend featuring patients if you want a good job done

Excellent service from start to finish. Couldn’t be happier with all the staff and fitters. Poor lads didn’t stop even when it was snowing. Will definitely be back for more windows and doors once out extension is ready. The quality of the glass and frames are second to none

This is the worst company I’ve ever had…
This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! COMPLETE SCAMMERS!! we paid a deposit of £300 then when it came to paying the bill they say you need to pay full amount and the deposit will be refunded. 4 month down the line I’m trying to still get my deposit back! They finally fitted the doors after coming 5 times!!! Because they always forgot something of broke something. The windows are all scratched and really cheap quality! They always fob you off on the phone. Horrible people. Trading standards are on to them won’t be long hopefully

Don't do it guys just don't . I've had my new windows and doors fitted in November 2020 horrendous work . Front door frame is bent draft coming through side of the door I've got window and cladding been fitted no insulation not sealed i can feel the cold air coming in my house . Then some window sills are tilted towards the windows so its keeping all the water on the window sill so eventually the water will leak into cavity dam problem. I had asked the sales rep for airwents in the window because its not been written on the paper i can't do nothing about if I want them I have to pay . My patio doors not levelled got big gap between the top of frame and wall all the water comes in the room and air freezing room soon as you turn the heating off . So since then all I've been promised someone is coming 4 given dates no one turned up and keep getting told its pandemic so less people are working they have no one available to do remedial work because they not getting paid all these guys interested in new customers and money . I've told them I have 2 pensioners a pregnant wife aboyt 4 weeks left.. and myslef with very bad asthma if this doesn't matter to them . What chance do you have for quick remedial work
Well after speaking to the manager today because I made a report of all the bad work been done to make the report I had to take some inside window strips off not out side in side . Guess what I messed everything up because of me all the water coming in my house
Stop lying about you sent 2 different engineers to my property there was 1 guy who came he was in hurry to go to his next jobs to fit new doors and was promised he will report it to your office about all the mess was made . Every time you arranged someone to come out always gets cancelled then you don't have any decency to give a call to say its cancelled . Just like today as you mentioned someone booked in to come out no one has no call nothing

Avoid this company!!
First dealt with this company in May 2020, had nothing but issues from the start. Had windows and doors fitted, messy workers (work still needs completing) later found out they were from an agency, do not acknowledge responsibility, poor work done in July 2020 and still waiting for it to be dealt with. Had to go through complaints procedure and seek advise as they will not meet fair expectations, or complete my works to 100 percent satisfaction. Please research the reviews on yell.com and Facebook (which oddly have been disabled)
This company has caused me nothing but stress, rude and once have their money drop theirs customers like rubbish. Please research other companies.

Windows and doors fitted to a very good standard. The quality of materials used, especially the composite door seem to be very good. Fitted a week earlier than originally scheduled so overall very happy with our purchase.

Clean and tidy workmanship
Very happy with the way the workmen carried out the instalment, every room was sheeted up and thoroughly cleaned when finished before moving on to the next room. It has only been done today and at the moment we are really happy with the windows.
