Very, very aggressive hand search. Operator produced detector paddles as if wanting to frighten me, which caused a rise in my blood pressure. Other travellers were horrified by the G4S staff action. The NHS letter was totally ignored.

The worst company ever to deal with claiming we broke our bail conditions. Luckily for us we have cctv to prove otherwise. Absolute joke of a company.

I have followed the guidelines just to be told otherwise. This has happened on 3 occasion for one job. They want every detail of your life with unrealistic requests.

The government will ask for less information then this company.

G4S why are you employing thugs that untrained foriegners posing as security officers that think its acceptable to illegally detain a auditor restricting his movement in job centres , after contacting you previously you still refuse to educate them over public videoing in public funded building, its shocking to watch your clowns embarrassing your company

G4 has shown time and time again that they employ THUGS, they have no respect for the public, are willing to violate anybody, half of them don’t speak good enough English , which seems to be G4 only employs BRAIN LESS THUGS. Diabolical company.

Went to canning town Job centre. They were giving me sexual look and coming too close, and invading personal space.
If you wonder how they got government contract, because Conservative party own share of that compnay, they invested in that company. DON'T VOTE THEM

I've just watched three of your men assault a member of the public for exercising their legal rights at Sellyoaks Job Centre.

Furthermore, they watched and stood by whilst another member of the public approached and assaulted said original member of public.

Awful organisation, the lack of communication is appalling, left me sitting with a resident front my place of work waiting at Maidstone hospital for transport for over 5 hours. The nurses done all they physically could to try and contact and arrange transport but G4S was the problem. What’s the point of running a business that barely works?

Yes I would not advise officers with experience in the Security Industry to work for G4S, not only is the word on the ground amongst professionals about them seems the company needs work across their departments than run the business, and sites. There’s no company sick pay and they are so old and set in ways.
The girls in recruitment play god on the phones. You can tell like most HR departments in across London, it’s a husbands wife and daughters affair. You struggle to get something so simple done. I had 2 experiences, plus 3 known associates with different, negative experiences and now I avoid this company like a plague. Heidi and Sarah and Ella. Do better for the people and on the phones. This company is getting worse day by day. The application procedure is so unprofessional and complicated that I think the only way to get hired is by being a family member of someone. And everyday you get so much bad news about officers working for this company. Ido not know how they get Government contracts. I hope and pray this company disappears, so good people and good companies can get the work.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. Customers, please watch this video (Google: Auditing Britain phone lick) for your own safety as I would not want you to experience this behaviour or have violence threatened. This is absolutely shocking.
They clearly have 0 respect, nor knowledge of British Laws, including the 1st Amendment of public rights to record in public and Public Accessible areas and public information. The fact that the government has said that we, as a public, can record and take pictures of our government buildings and our public staff yet here is video proof of how people under your contract behave. I repeat, he licked the phone.

Would give them a zero if I could - absolute disgrace of a patient transport company, two bad experiences with them now.
1. waited 4 hours for pick up, kept being told it was 5 minutes away the whole time
2. Today, rang to book transport, spoke to me like dirt, were unhelpful, haven't booked transport because they refused to even though they have been given the health reasons and told me to take it up with their feedback team who don't answer the phone or ring you back. This is interfering with my ability to get care, the NHS need to cancel their contract with them - I am writing to the NHS complaints department about this and hope others do too, so G4S get fired

Absolutely awful tried dealing with alison a manager, my son used patient ,on bringing him back one of the men said this coat rack has to be moved and then proceeded to drag it across the floor. what gives these people the rigtht to enter someones home and treat them and their property like dirt . Disrespectful and disgusting behaviour avoid using them at all cost

After severing my hand I was referred by Canterbury to East Grinstead. I had to use patient transport. On my operation day the ambulance failed to turn up meaning that I had to have the operation under local anaesthetic instead of a general which as an adult with multiple disabilities including autism I found somewhat distressing. After my eventual operation I have to return to East Grinstead every two weeks, on one occasion a driver did not speak to me once, pulled over in a lay-by and urinated next to my window followed by him rolling down the drivers window and constantly spitting out of it. Last week for my second operation the driver took me to the wrong hospital then stated that it was my fault, he kept being abusive and failed to communicate with me appropriately stating that I was pissed off and now being rude. I was not being rude but stating a fact. Eventually I had to walk away from him as he kept harassing me and treating me. I filed a complaint but no reply whatsoever. My carer and the hospital both filed their concerns and no reply. Today I have my second operation, delayed because of G4s failure to provide an efficient and patient friendly service I just hope to God they turn up on time. The only plus to this story is that on two of G4s failure BM ambulance service stepped in to save the day. When will someone address the blatant failures by G4s one of the most horrendous companies I’ve ever had to deal with both as a customer and when I worked for the prison service as a chaplain. If the patient is not a priority for you what is the point of G4s? Oh yes I forgot… they exist solely to line the pockets of their shareholders, the patients are just an inconvenience…

Yesterday I meant to have my Interview G4S Sia Steward Role For Lord’s cricket ground role, arrived at my Interview Booking time 5:45Pm to hear that Recruitment team went home before I arrived to have my interview, I find that rude and disrespectful for them to behave like that! I travel from West London to East London to have my interview at 5:45Pm, in the first place why advertise them times if they can’t be bothered to wait. I Even Sent the recruitment team a big message but never returned my message by apologising! Best thing they do was rescheduling my appointment but I today withdrew my application and very unprofessional for them to behave like that! I never want to work for them after what happened yesterday..

I have been waiting 3 hours to be picked up by Patient Transport in a very remote Cottage Hospital I have now been told I have not been allocated Transport and could wait another 3 hours.

Husbands waiting for transport home from dialysis this evening. It finished at 3.30pm still waiting at 18.45 now for a cab as G4S are not picking him up.They collected him this morning but not picking him up? Does he live there? NO he has to get home the Sevenoaks from bloody SE London kidney centre. He's now waiting for a cab to come from Surrey? for some reason been called hours ago and still not arrived. G4S blamed tube strike. What bloody tube strike? He's ill not fit and healthy and should not be treated like this at his age.
UPDATE: The minincab ordered did not have any cabs.Told us this hours after ordering. In the end they went out to London black taxi cab rank and got one all the way home. Got home at 20.10. 3 hours wasted waiting for taxi!

What kind of company sends a 92yr old lady home and leaves her medication on the ambulance. If she hadn’t had someone find out what was going with this, this could of ended very differently as this was fragmin to stop blood clots. Then they do not respond to answer phone messages I have left regarding this incompetence error. No communication with patient on journey home or reassuring her either

Bunch of untrained violent thugs who think they can behave however they want with the public. It's criminal that these bullys are employed by the government.
