This company aka LSCECOMMERCE sells substandard faulty products.
They refuse to accept liability, refuse to provide a returns address and like previous customers I too wish I had read their reviews before buying anything from this company. They are based in China and refuse to refund the full amount even though they have photos of evidence. After more than 15 emails over a 6 week period, eventually offering a small percentage of £5 ( I paid £39.99) and they even suggested I can donate the item to charity! Eventually I received a full refund via PayPal however I had to pay an additional £8.20 postage to China. This was not added to the refund and it was only through PayPal that I was given their address. Basically this company cons their customers so please beware.

I, too it seemed have been ‘scammed’ I ordered and received a breathalyser from Gadget Amp...eventually it arrived from abroad, although the company are allegedly based in England. It was faulty and after many emails ,and insistence that I get a full refund , I finally had an address in MK to return the product..because I was already suspicious I contacted the telephone number and spoke to a lady, who has been sent numerous packages.....she is nothing to do with Gadget Amp , just a private citizen who has had all her personal info illegally used to dupe people into sending their returned items, promising a refund, which does not materialise.
Do NOT trust this website!!!!

Scam, take care and look elsewhere

Ok, I admit it, I have been scammed. Lured by a good price and 5 star reviews but this is fraud . The item purchased (home breathalyser) is cheap and worth pennies and blows amber when not even blowing into.
Many messages and platitudes back and forward but keep your cash and buy better than me. Buyers remorse has hit me, hope it saves others from this fraud

Bought a dashcam ... worked for a couple of months then just balck screen...when I asked for replacement or return they refused just offered for me to buy a new one. AS IF!! Dreadful waste of money. Don't use this firm

Ordered a car heater. Was supposed to be a really good one. Took over 10 days to arrive. Really cheap product which is hardly making any difference to the temperature in the car.
Not going to buy from them again!

Ordered a specfic car heater and paid £39.99
Eventually received a cheap and useless item which has a sale value of £10.
This company has effectiively stolen £30 from me.
Usual offer of 15% discount and suggested I give the item to charity.
What about the £30..Doubt if any discount will arrivd.
Written off.

Gadgetamp is a scam chinese dropshipping site. It looks nice enough to fool you with their fake reviews, but if you order anything from them it takes a month to receive because it is coming from China. When you finally do get the item, it will work (maybe) for a day and then die. Good luck trying to return your overpriced garbage.

Do not buy from this company!! I bought some heated socks for my wife that didn't work. i asked to send them back and was initially offered 20% refund and was able to keep the socks. After a month of emails backwards and forwards with my messages being 'passed to the operations team' i contact through PayPal. i accepted 65% refund in the end as i was so tired of it. this is what they do, they wear you down until you give up.

Should have visited this site before purchase. Bought a 3D pen which took longer than stated to arrive (I didn't realise it shipped from China). The product arrived today: it looks and feels cheap, is flimsy, instructions are unclear and I can't make the pen work. Some colour light changing that apparently should happen does not happen, filament doesn't get in and item doesn't work. Also filaments don't come in the colours shown on site, just in 3 bland colours (grey, clear, golden). A complete waste of money - it was supposed to be a much waited gift so I'll have to buy another one.

I have bought an item and received confirmation. The address on the email has 2 addresses one for UK and one for USA.

Also on the tracker says my item is at a holding company in which is based china. Let’s see if my item arrives.

I will update in a week.
I’m not holding much hope after seeing these reviews.

Item now received the box is plain cardboard and item is very small and flimsy. Important thing is that it is working well.
I have tried the item and so far so good.

I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and raynards. In an effort to make life more comfortable I ordered some heated insoles from this company. On arrival they were packed in a plastic bag with no instructions. I charged the insoles and downloaded the instructions.

The remote did not work and the insoles did not heat up!!! In effect they are useless. I contacted Gadget Amp and requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I have been emailing now for a month with no success.

I have been offered 15% and keep the product.
30% keep the product and give them to a friend.
50% and donate them to charity.

I have sent numerous emails requesting the return address but these requests have been denied stating that the complaint is with the “Operations Team”.

Like many others, I wish I had read the reviews on TP. I will continue with my complaint and a now looking at trading standards and maybe watchdog. The company is in China which may cause an issue but I won’t give up.

Ordered a vacuum for my car...
Cancelled my order 2 hours later after reading reviews of this scam of a site...
1 week later still no refund " have sent endless emails to them and constantly get fobbed off with B/S.
Why this lot is not being struck off by trading standards & PayPal and not being investigated I'll never know...Would love to get my hands on them...Just a load of thieves and crooks & sadly they are still getting away with it ...
Get this lot prosecuted & taken off site immediately for goodness sake....

Absolute scam. Bought a pair of heated socks that don't work. They asked for pictures which I provided and are being really cagey about giving me a return address. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

If I could rate less than one star I would.
The product I purchased was extremely overpriced and didn't perform the functions that the company stated. For $79 Au it would have been worth no more than $29.00. When I contacted them they offered me a 15% refund. Not even half of what I paid.
Don't buy from them, they are rip-offs.

Stay far away from this scam of a company!!! I ordered a portable heater for the car as a gift for my sis. She used it for less than 10 minutes before it stopped working. It would not turn on after that. I contacted Gadget amp and they made me take videos of it not working. After all of that, they still refused to refund my money or send a replacement.

Really wanted the heated vest. Checked with their size chart for the closest to my size. When it arrived was huge n the bust and too small on the hips. Have been offered various amounts of refund up to 50% and keep the vest or pay another £15 for a replacement which can ot fit. Shame their customer service is so bad.

I am yet another customer of GadgetAMP wishing I'd never heard of them, and that I could give them a negative review. I would give them a minus10. I believe I was hoodwinked by what I suspect is a bogus review company (Trutech) into thinking I was getting the best possible heated vest at a bargain price. (Strangely, as I discovered later I didn't see such rave reviews for that product elsewhere) Ordering the item was the beginning of a nightmare. The bag in which the vest was delivered was marked as per my order, but the vest was marked a size larger. Nevertheless, it was still too small. Then began a saga of trying to get a refund. Firstly,I was offered a 15% refund and to keep the item. Next a 30% refund and to keep the item. Later, I was offered a replacement, but since their sizes had proven unreliable, and by then I'd found all the negative reviews about the company, I declined that offer. When I was eventually offered a refund, the process of returning the item [to China] was so complex and costly as to be prohibitive. Thankfully Pay Pal had taken over my case, and did the very best they could for me. However, I never did get my full refund. This whole process has taken lots and lots of time and lots and lots of hassle over a period of about a month.
Need I say more?

I purchased heated socks from this company. DON'T! The battery pack and or the heating elemnt is faulty and does not heat on the cooler setting, I have had MANY corresponding emails to them piont this issue out. So far I've had apologies for the faulty product, directions on how to use the product on the working settings only and today an offer of a 25% refund with the suggestion to keep them or give them as a gift to friends/family or a charity. YOU COULDN'T MAKE THIS UP!
Trading standards hear I come!

If I could give a negative rating I would do. I purchased some electric socks as a Christmas present. They are too small to fit. They are supposed to be Remiflow, but no label or logo anywhere.
I am in dispute and spending too much of my time trying to claim a full refund to which I am entitled under the legislation.
Do not buy from this company.

Gadget AMP sold me a heated body warmer that was allegedly 4XL size, but which arrived at no bigger than a large at best. I contacted them to discuss a replacement / refund and there began an email chain of what was alleged to be three different persons in their 'customer care' offering 15% then 30% refunds before finally telling me as it had been over 30 days since the order was delivered, I couldn't have a refund, but could order another product from them at a slight discount.... as if I would throw good money after bad to these shysters.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Gadget AMP they re a disgrace to online dealings.
