Easy process. I sent in old laptops expecting to get less than the automated quote but ended up getting the same amount. I liked that they have an option to use Zelle, and I got the money sent quickly.

For the most part you get the prices that they quote you with. The only problem I have is when they do short hand you and lower the price of a gadget it's not very detailed so you really don't know why it's lowered. Other than that, they probably offer you the most money for your old tech.

My iPad was in the most perfect condition as it was rarely used and the inspection noted damage reducing the offered price. Obviously it would be a hassle having it shipped back so I agreed on the reduced offer however i feel it’s a scam and won’t use their service again.

I was wary because all other electronic trade in sites had iffy reviews and some said other sites gave them a really low price. This is actually a legit site. They did lower my amount by a slight difference due to slight scratches on my laptop. Which I don't remember seeing...May have been a shipping issue.

But over all, I got my money fast. Everything was very smooth! Trustworthy company!
