Great service from start to finish! Andy was easily contactable and happy to help with any issues. The whole process was simple and should I need to sell another phone I will defiantly go through this company. Thanks again!

Brilliant service from Andy and team. Responsive and honest, it feels good to donate old technology and know that someone is doing their best to repurpose it. I would definitely recommend Gadgets Recycled!

Excellent!!
Glad I found this company. Andy was very easy to deal with. Very good prices and have had no problems at all.
Would highly recommend and will use again.

Couldn’t fault the service one bit. Was offered more money than cex for my phone and the procedure was so straightforward with communication every step of the way

Excellent customer service, made me aware that I would lose money to fees receiving money via PayPal & offered to send via Bank Transfer instead. Money was in my account very quickly after that. Happy to recommend.

This shop has the best prices in plymouth and will recommend instantly, the guy who runs the shop is really friendly and professional 5 stars easily deserved and amazing service aswell.

Excellent, fast service, great price and easy to follow instructions.

Amazing customer service and fantastic at sorting the problem out 5* rating for being a respective and kind company

Very good service, easy to follow instructions for sending phone back and quick no quibble payment! Will definitely use again!

Excellent! Great value trade in price and super efficient service. Thank you!

Andy was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed of the process and delivered exactly as he promised.

Great personal service. My phone was damaged, so I wasn’t sure if it was worth anything; I emailed photos to Gadgets Recycled and Andy confirmed that they would pay for it, arranged for the packaging to be sent to me and told me to include a note about our conversation. I received the package, sent it off and a couple of days later received the money. I was really pleased with the service. They also offered the best price of any phone recycling company online.

Excellent experience with this company. I hadn’t realised when I found them that they were a smaller family run business, and now having had email contact with Andy, I am glad I chose them. They offered a personal touch by emailing me to give me the choice of receiving payment for my device by bank transfer and pointing out that PayPal attracts a fee. I appreciated this contact. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future.

Great customer service! Communication was amazing from Andy from start to finish. Payment was received the same day phone arrived and I was paid quoted price. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be using myself again!

Sent my I phone communication was slow compared with other sites , wasn’t happy with revised offer then wanted 27.50 to return my phone would not use again , SELL MY CELL every time from now on

Quick and friendly service. Andy at Gadgets Recycled went the extra mile to help me rather than just return my old phone, for which I am very grateful.

Very responsive customer care and prompt payment at the amount promised. Would use again.

Repaired two of my iPhones all within 24 hours, quick and easy service to use. This is now my go to company for phone repairs. Thanks Andy
