DON’T use SEASONAL HOME CARE. Over two years ago, I used them and was not happy with the job. I contacted them and asked for the manager/owner 3 times. He did not return my calls. I was contacted by their billing department twice and told them I would not pay until I heard from the manager (truth is I would have negotiated a payment if I’d gotten a prompt return phone call). More than 6 weeks later, I finally got a phone call while I was in the hospital recovering from surgery. I told the manager that I never wanted to hear from him again. Since that time, I continue to get phone calls with their stupid advertisement looking for business. I have blocked their number on both my home phone and my cell phone but I still get voicemails with their advertisement looking for business. I have called several times telling them to take me off their calling list and have even threatened to sue for harassment. Nothing seems to get through to these fools as I keep getting voice mails (received another one this morning). These people have no idea how to run a customer facing business. So, unless you want constant harassment, DON’T use SEASONAL HOME CARE.

Just do not waste time and money with this rubbish company.

If I could give a minus rating I would! I purchased an item from this company in September 2022 and didn't receive it. I contacted them and the response I eventually got back was pathetic. I haven't received my goods or refund.

Paid for products and never received. Didn’t get my money back and they stopped answering calls and emails.
Reported to trading standards. Can’t believe they would keep taking orders and peoples money when they knew that they couldn’t provide the goods.

Goods not received. Company is in liquidation according to Companies House.

As I paid with PayPal, they have refunded.

Placed an order on the 29 th August , was charged twice for the order and have heard nothing since!

No acknowledgement of order so I chased via their online form. No response. I e-mailed. No response. Then I googled and found all of these other feedback comments. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a few items from this company 2 orders arrived then got a phone call to say the rest of the order would be delayed as they were not in stock been waiting over 4 months still no delivery tried getting back on the website but no luck. I presume that money is lost so avoid this website at any cost

I ordered some items back in September which I never received. I emailed a few weeks later regarding it & got a pleasant apology & said goods will follow but never arrived. I’ve messaged continuously to ask for a full refund but nothing now. I think it’s disgusting😡

Order placed in September. No goods received. No refund. No contact. Website and phone lines shut down. Now pursuing other avenues to get my money back. This company is dishonest.

If I could give zero stars I would. Same as other reviewers - take your money, never receive the order, one email saying “backlog of orders” when chased - now silence. No goods, lost money. Avoid avoid avoid.

Scam artists. Take money for goods, never deliver or respond to questions about orders. Website is in permanent "We are uodating our system" mode.
Avoid doing any business with these con artists.

This company takes orders and payment but does not fulfill the order, obviously a 'rip off' outfit to be avoided or risk losing your money.

Presumably gone bust. No phone line. no email acceptance. Refunds due and unpaid

Order some plant food more than 3 months ago. Nothing received. Wrote them an email a month ago and not even an acknowledgement of receipt.

Fraud company . Failed to deliver lied. Avoid . Lucky I did nt live near them

I am waiting for led lights bought in August, have sent repeated emails , they don't bother to answer.

Do not touch let alone order as you will regret it I ordered items months ago but nothing received. I am going to try to get my money through credit card but not sure it will happen as my amount is £40. I would rather the money went to charity than to people who seem to have set up a scam company I have tried and tried to get them to respond but nothing They are appalling and I ask you please do not give them your money as you will never see your goods.

Avoid this company. Never received goods...no reply to the copious emails I sent. Will never use again

Sent my order on 25th August never received it had email saying they received my order and that was it nothing emailed them three times with no reply lost my money too.
