Don’t let these fake reviews fool you
Don’t let these fake reviews fool you. They made it impossible to redeem! They make it so so hard. Do not use this app unless you don’t want to win.

Hi Brian,
We are sorry for the frustration here. Feeling like your prizes are hard to reach is not how this should go. Most redemptions clear instantly, and when one is held for review that is a routine check rather than a decision against you. Our support team can look at exactly where your redemption stands. Live chat or support@gains.com is the fastest way to reach them.
Offers hours of entertainment
Tons of slots to choose from, fantastic customer service, and awesome promotions make Gains one the best gaming apps available.

You see so many of the ads for different online casinos and they all say one thing and do another. I guarantee you won’t see this here. Not only do they do fast same day payouts they also have a really good customer service that is fast and dedicated to fixing your problem. By far my favorite oh and the sign up bonus is more than anywhere I’ve seen!!

Super frustrating to not have a single win in over 1,000 spins. After last redemption it's like the RTP was turned down to 10%. Impossible to be this bad.

Hi Christopher,
We understand the frustration, and a run that goes cold right after a redemption takes the fun out of it fast. Every result comes from an independently certified RNG on settings we do not touch. Short stretches can run far below or above the long-run average, and a rough one is variance, not a switch on our end. We have passed your feedback along to the team, and we simply hope your next session treats you better.

Hi Sergio,
We hear you, and feeling like a package does not go far enough is a fair thing to be frustrated by. The pricing on our Gold Coin packages is set so we can keep redemptions instant for most players rather than slowing everyone down, and we review our packages and value regularly against player feedback. Yours is now part of that. We cannot promise a change, but it is heard.
Love this game and redemption is so easy

I love this app input a little money and win so much recommend to anyone the only thing is you have to have 100 minimum to redeem and only redeem once a day but other than thy that should not be a problem since you can win so much and try to limit your gambling cuz it does get addicting

Hi Vanessa,
Thank you for the kind words and the recommendation, it means a lot. We hear you on the once-a-day redemption and the 100 SC minimum, and we have passed that feedback along to the team. Play is meant to stay fun, so thanks for the reminder there too. Here's to more Gains.
Amazing site redemptions are fast even…
Amazing site redemptions are fast even when the redemption is over $5000 and has to be reviewed it only took 30 minutes for Venmo payout. Awesome game selection. I Usually play on desktop but the mobile app works great too. I highly recommend. Also verification was instant. I give it 10/10.
Also, you can create your own coin package I hate playing on sites where you want to deposit say $300 but the only options are $20 $50 $100 $200 and $400 so you have to do two separate deposits on this site you can type in what you want to deposit for example if you wanted to deposit $139 you just type in $139. very convenient.
