Spent a lot to win very little it’s been super dry since I started playing here kinda tired of not winning ever done a lot better on other sites and they actually gave out free play for money spent. this place not so much.

Hi Sean,
We hear you, and a stretch with nothing to show for it after a fair bit of play is genuinely deflating. Every result comes from an independently certified RNG on settings we do not touch. Short stretches can run far below or above the long-run average, and a rough one is variance, not a switch on our end. We have passed your feedback along to the team. If any game seemed to misbehave rather than just run cold, support can look at the rounds with you.

Redemption went smoothly
Redemption went smoothly but it wasn’t clear at the start of play that there was a $100 minimum for redemption

Hi James,
Thanks for the review, and glad the redemption itself went smoothly. You make a fair point that the 100 SC minimum should be clearer up front, and we have passed that along to the team. Here's to more Gains.

This game use to hit. I would hit often but I guess if you hit too much it starts not letting you win. I have put back more than I have won after looking at my redemptions. I don’t know if it’s set up like that or what.
