Really good customer service, and the plug plant were packed well and in fantastic condition.

My plant arrived within 5 days of ordering , it was packed really well so not damaged at all and it was delivered at 8.30 am while it was still cool and in really good condition.
I will use this company again

Very pleased with garden bench no problem with communication just wish that delivery was faster however was prepared to wait and was not disappointed on product delivery was when they said it was and he went the extra mile so if you prepared to wait 3/ 4 weeks you would not be disappointed

The plants arrived very quickly with care instructions which are very helpful. They arrived in perfect condition, very healthy. One or two were producing flowers which have now opened with beautiful colours. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the plants.

The delta sarah fuchsia I received in beginning of August was given the spring chop. Instead of dead heading flowers and pinch out the top yo make it bushier. Even their description on their Web page states flowers from June to October. Poor plant had no flowers to show and won't do till the following year very disappointed.

Avoid this company—they mislead customers during the purchasing process. Be sure to carefully check the photos and descriptions; the customer has to cover return shipping costs—it’s the first time I’ve ever encountered such a policy on a website.

I ordered some garden netting for a vegetable cage and they couldn't have been more inefficient. Not only did they deliver different dimensions from what I had ordered but their own label on the box also said something completely different.
Their follow up customer service was also appalling and I ended up having to order from a different company.
I personally wouldn't touch them with the proverbial pole!

Fabulous plants, my plants arrived today in great condition. There was a stock issue, but the company contacted me immediately and offered a solution. They couldn't have done more or been more helpful.
