Great customer service, I ordered the wrong phone case on accident and messaged them. It took them 4 days to reply but they felt really bad and said it had been moved to spam so they let me keep the one that I mis ordered and sent me 2 new cases of my choice. The went above and beyond for my mistake!!

I ordered an AirPod Pro 2 case, they sent me a version 1 twice. I sent a video clearly demonstrating that they sent me the incorrect case twice (same exact size) and that it did not fit my AirPod 2 they suggested my AirPods were counterfeit instead of just sending me the correct item I purchased.

I purchased my AirPod Pros directly from the Apple Store in person and even checked my serial number to confirm its authenticity and version/model number.

Upon further inspection, the images on the product reviews are clearly a different design then the ones I received, leading me to believe that this is a scam and that they do not actually carry any AirPod Pro 2 cases. Huge waste of a months time.

The ordering process and delivery was seamless. There are multiple payment options and though I decided to return the phone case since I needed one sooner for travel purposes, I would buy from them again the next time I need a case. The return process was easy and their customer support is timely and off the charts compared to what he would see with other online retailers today. I will recommend my friends and family to check out! I also appreciate that their materials are Eco friendly and wear in a cool way.
