Poor
First massage that I booked the guy turned up with sex toys - I couldn’t believe it. Kept on at me for more cash and how much debt he was in and I clearly had money. I felt a bit sorry for the guy but wasn’t what I was after. Few weeks past and I booked another but with someone else - was awful mostly one handed as I think he was on his phone. I wrote an honest review and I think he complained and got me blocked I suspect to get my review removed

Tony the massage therapist was very friendly and cordial. He had a good sense of humour.
His massage techniques were good.
There were 3 of us with a 30 minute session each and we all felt much more relaxed and were impressed with his skills.

Office Event
I had an office event and scheduled chair massages with Blys. The scheduling process was extremely efficient and easy. The therapists arrived at the perfect time prior to the event and the set up was seamless. The therapists were amazing and my staff thoroughly enjoyed the pampering. If I could give it zero stars I would
If I could give it zero stars I would. Please do not use this app and get massaged by the men. They are extremely creepy and prey on vulnerable women. I have been sexually harassed and assaulted by two different providers on this app and Blys' Safety Team has done nothing but further antagonise me as if I was the wrongful party. Another provider arrived 2 hours later after getting into a car accident and showed up drunk and concussed; Blys still charged me their service charges and denied me a refund. I was happy to pay the provider but wanted a refund of the $100~ in fees. I also work in dispute resolution in a Trust and Safety space and this is appalling. The Safety officer I've had the displeasure of encountering is triggering, cold, and dismissive. I'll be escalating this further to all relevant parties, but please do not use this unsafe and unmonitored app.

Our Trust & Safety team has now completed its review of the concerns raised regarding your recent booking.
At the time the public comments were made, our review was still ongoing and we had requested further information to assist with that process. We had also respected your request not to make further contact while you considered whether to provide additional information.
We have since had the opportunity to complete our review, including considering the available booking information and communications and obtaining further information from the provider. Following that review, we have approved a full refund for the booking and have communicated the outcome directly to you.
We take concerns regarding safety and provider conduct seriously. Some of the matters described publicly differ from the information and characterisation previously provided directly to our Trust & Safety team. As these matters involve private communications and personal information, we do not believe it would be appropriate to discuss those differences or provide further detail in a public forum.
Where concerns are raised with us, they are reviewed based on the information available and addressed directly with those involved.

In home massage perfect for new mum!
I had a wonderful experience with the Blys at home massage service. I was given a voucher as a gift and it was absolutely perfect for me, as I didn't have to leave home with my newborn. Booking process was also easy and I could choose my therapist and preferred days/times.
In addition, my therapist Cicilia was amazing! She knew exactly how to target my areas of concern and was such a calming presence throughout my entire session. Felt so relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards.

We had a couples massage in the home; Tonille and Olga were professional and brought everything needed to give us a spa massage experience! Comfortable tables, oils/ lotions, towels and eye covers… what a relaxing experience to be able to continue to relax in the comfort of our home afterwards! The Blys booking experience was amazing!
