I’ve placed orders for cruise chews in the past. The product was decent. Went to place another order two weeks ago. Charge card was charged but the product was never shipped. Sent multiple messages via email and their online form that went unanswered. Tried calling and their phone lines were not working. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company which is still open. Found a better product elsewhere at a better price. Never will be using them again

We ordered 12 Good Vibes and 12 Nice Dreams on June 3rd, same as we have done for the last 5 years. We were told the Good Vibes were on back order, but they took our order anyway. Today (July 9th) I called and was told the Good Vibes are still a month out, and now the Nice Dreams are backordered as well. I cancelled my order. Success is killing this company.

I've been purchasing Good Vibes CBD tincture for a couple of years. This last order from 3 weeks ago hasn't been delivered and the company is not responding to my emails.

Never received product. No reply to email and the two "customer service" phone numbers ring twice and disconnect. Had to report this fraud to my bank. My bank said this was not the first report of fraud against this vendor.

Wasn't sure if this was a legit company or not because they don't respond to email or answer their phone. Also never received a receipt after a trial purchase. I did end up getting the trial product, albeit late. Seems to be the real thing but the fact that they don't respond to email or answer the phone makes me nervous, especially since that's the only way to end your subscription, trial or otherwise.

This site is a knockoff site of Tommy Chong's site... I keep getting spam emails from them. I have gotten 3 in the past 24 hours.

It's obviously a scam because there's no email support and no one even answers the phone number you have provided.

Stop illegally spamming.
