Very Disappointing!
I ordered 3 tubs of the product on the 12th September and they still haven't arrived, today being the 27th September! I asked for updates and all I get is "your order is on it's way, thank you for your patience"!!
I've told them that I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund, but this doesn't seem to be possible! I just get told by Charlotte @meowsupps, that she's monitoring my order and it's on it's way. I have no faith in the company or their products!! I will not be risking it on any of my 10 cats!! I am fuming 😤

I am giving 5 stars because Meowsupps have given quick delivery and replied to any emails sent.
My Cat had no issue eating her food with the supplement and her stools had started to improve.
Sadly i started using Meowsupps too late in my cats life to notice any long term difference and had to have my fur baby put to sleep within the first month.
I would still highly recommend Meowsupps.

I bought off them one time then noticed that they had taken £77 out of my bank for a subscription that I had no idea of!!
I am demanding a refund as we speak! They keep coming back to me with please confirm that you want a refund of 60%, when I have already told them that I want a refund!!
Do NOT use them!

Meowsupp Powder Taurine
I ordered the first batch of Meowsupp Taurine in August but it didn't arrive until I was on holiday. The subscription means the second batch is now on its way even though I still have most of the first batch. I sent an email requesting the second batch not be sent. I received an extremely helpful email from Charlotte at Meowsupp and have now paused the subscription until I require the 3rd batch. The Taurine is very good and I now use a small amount on top of the wet cat food until the cats get used to it. Charlotte suggested this but I'd already started this pattern in the hope my cats would take to it - so far so good. Thank you, Charlotte for you prompt and helpful reply❤️

Tried it for my Cat and he didn’t like it and they’re insisting that I asked for a subscription which I do not remember or intend to do - so I’ve now got another one on the way that’s cost me £27 that I don’t want and they will not let me cancel it - as if you’d have a subscription, not knowing if your cat liked it or could take it!!

My cat has been on taurine for 3wks now and hasn't noticed anything in her food. At lunchtime feed I also mix a lick-e-lik yoghurt in, so far so good 👍

For the first month I see a very significant change in my elderly cat, unfortunately I lost her to soon to continue using this. More people should try this, it should be more advertised because it could save you spending so much on vets bills. I definitely recommend this product.

Quick swift delivery . My cat has thyroid condition he has only one thyroid gland as other one removed years ago . Now the remaining one is failing he appeared to be wasting away although under constant treatment from vet he began to look so thin his coat was getting to look spiky and dull, his eyes very sad looking. He has been on Taurine for just over 2 weeks and now looks so much better he is brighter in himself and has started to put on weight ! Barnie has his mojo back thanks to meowsupps.

Not doing too well at the moment
Not doing too well at the moment. This morning he refused his chicken breast, the first meal of the day and he is usually starving. I had only put one spoonful in amongst the bite size pieces. He took one sniff and walked away. I left it as an option all day and gave him Felix Fish and Whiskas Ham. He ate both of those, but drinking a lot of water too ( from my bathroom sink's running tap)
