I was pleased with the delivery, it came in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, my cat won't eat the taurine supplement and so I had to cancel the subscription by email (I hadn't realised it was an automatic thing) but the company cancelled further supplies straight away after I contacted them. It would be much better if it were possible to just buy one of the product without having to worry you were tied into monthly deliveries and payments, especially for elderly people like me. I am so pleased that the problem was solved so quickly by the company, we hear so many complaints, I am pleased to be able to pass on a compliment

Charlotte was very polite helpful and responsive when chasing my order. The problem arises from the company stating they are UK based, which I’d say is true, but this is misleading as you think the supplements are being shipped from the UK which they are not. After waiting for a week for my order to arrive, I chased and Charlotte said orders were delayed due to a high demand but my order had shipped and is it’s way and should be with me in a couple of days. Another week has passed and when checked I can see it’s passed through customs, which I was very surprised about. I would not have ordered through them if I had known this was the case. I like to buy from within the UK, I don’t want the stress and delays of orders coming from outside the UK plus I tend to trust UK companies standards more, so now I’m not sure how I feel about this. I think the company should be honest and transparent about where the product is made and where it ships from. It builds customer trust and understanding of the shipping process and once one misleading statement has been made, it then sets up suspicion about everything else.

UPDATE - when you order, little do you realise this is a subscription which is NOT clear and only in tiny print at the bottom, there is also no option to cancel the subscription, not happy at all, had to block the payment with my bank!

I purchased this taurine supplement for my cat and was quite concerned when I opened it and found the powder to be a distinctly orange colour.

Taurine is normally described as a white or colourless crystalline powder, and the pictures of this product also show a white powder, so the colour of the product I received was very unexpected.

I contacted the company to ask about the unusual colour. I was told that it is not contamination and that the product is not fake, but I wasn't given a satisfactory explanation or any batch-specific laboratory evidence to reassure me that the unusual colour is normal and that the product is what it is supposed to be.

I personally would not feel comfortable giving an unusually coloured supplement to my cat without being able to verify its purity and composition.

I am posting this review because other cat owners should be aware of the issue and make their own informed decision. I would be happy to update my review if the company provides independent, batch-specific testing confirming the identity, purity and safety of this particular product.

Unfortunately my baby didn't live long enough to recieve the benefits of the product. However customer service (Charlotte) were absolutely brilliant. They were compassionate and zvery understanding. The product was still on route , I received a refund due to my loss. Thank you Charlotte.
