We had a water leak emergency at the flats for which I am responsible. Matt responded immediately, quickly arriving at the property and resolving the issue. He was very knowledgeable and provided the residents both reassurance and great advice. The subsequent invoice was extremely good value too.

We would give Global Heating 10 stars if possible but 5 stars at least. We enjoyed
Paul and Matt here and they did a wonderful job. Every aspect of their work was
great. They cleared up every day and always turned up when they made a date to

I've had Paul and his team visit several times now, to service our boiler and gas fire, as well as to fit a new hot water cylinder and shower/pump.
This team turn up exactly when they say they will, and if changes to the schedule become necessary, they always get in touch beforehand to say so.
They are highly organised, clearly know what they are doing and work cleanly, leaving the place tidy afterwards.
This time, they visited my elderly mother to change some pipework and replace the mains shut-off. She remarked afterwards how polite and friendly they were and would have complete confidence in calling on them again

When our usual plumber wasn’t able to help, they recommended Matt and we couldn’t have been more delighted. Quick to respond, he went above and beyond to help us and we are now all sorted. Thank you Matt, you were excellent.

Recommended! He disconnected the old gas cooker, sealed off the gas and took away the old cooker. He thoroughly cleaned the floor, wall and adjacent cupboards and left it ready for the installation of a new electric cooker. He is a pleasant man and we were comfortable to have him in our house.

Paul of Global Heating has always done the work for our gas heating etc and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

A 1st class service. The engineer arrived very quickly to fix an emergency boiler issue, he was very professional, efficient and personable. The charge was very reasonable.
