Have not been paid

Here is the responce today 2/13/26 a month after them receiving

“At this time, we are still waiting for our Payouts Team to finalize and release your payment. Please rest assured that your case remains active, and we are closely monitoring it while following up internally to help move this forward as soon as possible.”

sent in a gift card on 1/13/206 and still have not been paid, but gift card was drained within 48 hrs of sending it in. I sent in for update and they respond with we rushed the payment and haven't heard back from that department yet.
I sent you in all the info for the order!

Broken Promises

Despite repeated promises, Giftcash took nearly a month to pay for the gift card they bought from me. They already had my gift card, so there was nothing to do but hope they finally paid up. I would never do business with them, again, and I would discourage others from doing business with Giftcash.

Have not honored the payout time frame

Have not honored the payout time frame. I was told that I would receive my ach payment within 10-15 days of selling my Amazon gift card to Giftcash and it’s now long pass the payout time and still nothing! I’ve contacted support only for them to tell me that my order is now processed or being processed and that I should receive my payment soon l. IF THE COMPANY GIFTCASH DOES NOT HAVE THE FUNDS AVAILABLE TO PAYOUT STOP ACCEPTING NEW ORDERS.
IMMEDIATELY TAKE FUNDS OFF GIFT CARDS, SHOULD BE ABLE TO IMMEDIATELY REFUND IT BACK.

This company is a scam!

Do not choose this company to sell your gift cards. I wish I had did my research. They have bad reviews for a reason. I'm still waiting for a payout on a $250 gift card so I'm not taken this lightly. I have been waiting over a month. I have had no correspondence after reaching out via email and text the past two weeks. I have now filed a complaint with FTC for fraudulent activities. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with this company. I would stay far away if I knew now what I didn't know then. Let my experience be the example to save y'all the trouble.

30 days no payout. Two weeks with no response from support

I sold gift cards on January 9, 2026 (Transaction ID GA-342AB-311271) and still have not been paid. Customer service has not responded to multiple emails over the past two weeks.

The balances were taken from the cards, but no payout has been issued and no communication provided. Posting here before pursuing formal complaints in hopes the company will resolve this.

Deceptive business practices

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional conduct and lack of accountability demonstrated by GiftCash.

It has now been 21 Business days since I sold my gift card through their platform, and I have still not received my payment, despite GiftCash advertising that payouts are issued within 15 days or less. This is misleading and unacceptable.

What makes the situation worse is the complete lack of meaningful support. Every time I contact customer service, I receive nothing but generic, scripted responses that do not address my specific concerns or provide any real explanation for the delay. There has been no transparency, no sense of urgency, and no effort to resolve the issue.

I have repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor or senior manager, and those requests have been entirely ignored. No escalation has taken place, and no one with actual authority has contacted me. This dismissive behavior only reinforces the impression that GiftCash does not take its customers or its obligations seriously.

At this point, I have lost confidence in GiftCash’s business practices. I am prepared to submit a formal complaint to the Nevada Attorney General’s Office and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, including documentation of all communications and delays.

I would also advise any other consumers experiencing similar issues to file formal complaints with the Nevada Attorney General’s Office and the Better Business Bureau. Companies should not be allowed to continue operating this way without accountability.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using GiftCash to think twice, as my experience has been marked by broken promises, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.

S-L-O-W. That is the best way to describe their service, crazy slow. On Jan 1, 2026 I had a few gift cards to sell (from the same store) and I sent a few to GiftCash and a few to CardCash. They were the exact same amounts. As expected, Cardcash sent me the money they promised to my bank in 3 days. It took GiftCash exactly 1 month as the money wasn't received until Feb 2.
So, if I was you, I would avoid GiftCash and only use CardCash.

No payment over a month, worst customer service ever, worst experience ever

I placed an order over a month ago now to sell a few gift cards, I have not received payment still, can’t get anyone to speak with, try email or text and get the same message that they are sending it to have it escalated and payment sent out. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I received an email 2 weeks ago from customer service back saying that my order was ready for payout but they were still waiting for the payment to be released. I’ve asked multiple times to get contact information for a supervisor or someone in charge to be able to speak with a person and I don’t get any acknowledgment even, I don’t get responses and the only thing they say every time if I manage a response is they have sent it to their team, and when they have updates they will contact me. I have literally tried to cancel my order and have my gift cards returned to me, they won’t acknowledge. This place is absolutely ridiculous and the worst place I’ve ever dealt with. I hope people think twice before using them or have better service than my experience. I will never return or use their services again

GIFTCASH BAD

I am extremely disappointed with GiftCash due to an ongoing and unresolved payout delay.

As of today, my gift cards have been pending for 22–23 days, and I still have not received any payment. The order IDs are:

GA-C8408-311165

GA-DC7FA-311275

GA-0A2B4-311277

The total amount owed to me is over $1,200 USD.

Throughout this period, I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time, I receive the same response: “We have reported this to the payment department.” However, there has been no payout and no clear timeline provided.

I understand that reviews and processing can take time, but waiting more than three weeks without any concrete update or resolution is unacceptable. As of now, I still have not received my money, which forces me to seriously question whether this is a legitimate delay or a potential scam.

This experience has raised serious concerns about the reliability and transparency of GiftCash’s payout process. I hope GiftCash will resolve this issue immediately and provide clear communication to sellers in the future.

Bad business

Scott...GA B3252-310800...Started the process 1.4.25. As of 1.30.26 there is still no payment. Tried to cancel on the 10th they said no I can't. Also was told on the 20th it was ready for payout.
