It has been over 10-15 business days, and I am still unable to receive my payout. I gave them my Lowe's gift card totaling $700+, and it still shows up as pending. After contact customer service they said they would follow up, but have yet to do so. You are better off doing business with CardCash, because they at least pay 1-2 business days after. I got scammed.

I submitted an order around the middle of february. The wait can take a little while and it can make you impatient, but they will pay you out and support is pretty nice, helpful, and actually responds really fast. The website can seem scary at first, but I’m satisfied with the results and the payment. Would most likely use again If I get more unwanted gift cards.

Selling a gift card - easy to submit on the website. Waiting after that was the more difficult part. However, once everything was processed (about a month later) I received a confirmation email and the payment was processed quickly. I didn't contact customer service.

I reached out to Giftcash via text, email, and chat and I heard back in a couple days. I received payment later that week. Would be nice if the site provided updates. GA-3B105-305446. They have used $299 of the $500 card as of many weeks ago. At this point I have no idea if they'll just use the whole gift card and never pay me or what. Tried to contact them over 15 times before leaving this review. Left a prior trustpilot review as well and they replied to the review yet didn't contact me.

Stay Away From This Website
I submitted my request (GA-D1187-312902) on 2/11. I contacted support on a couple of different occasions in the past 8 days. Upon reaching out the first time, they told me: "You will receive an email from us confirming when your payment has been released within a few business days." After 5 business days of nothing, I followed up again and they told me: "Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific date for when it will be processed".
Although support is polite, and replies very fast, they provide little to no help or clarity.
Overall throughout the whole process, I have only received "updates" when I reach out, and I am still waiting for this to be resolved, even though I was told it should have been settled a while ago.
UPDATE: Still nothing since 2/11 and it's now 3/17. If you do not need to use this website I recommend that you stay away. It is not worth the time and effort.

I uploaded the giftcard back in early February. Here we are in March and still no payment. Their payouts are good but I would've accepted less to not have to wait for this ridiculous amount of time. This company does not have the cash on hand to pay its customer base before it does whatever it does to get the money for its gift cards. Expect the process to take a month or more.

I submitted a large amount: Delta Airlines E-Gift Card on February 2nd 2026 for a 70% pay out.
The fine print says 5-10 days and then in the finer print it’s says “up to 30 days.” I’m happy because no other website would accept Delta Airlines, but the length of time this is taking is ridiculous. It is February 25th today. I’ve contacted the website they asked for my GA number and never got back to me! On my account it just says “pending” with no updates whatsoever, no time frame on when I’ll receive my money, nothing!
Their headline reads: “the FASTEST way to turn gift cards to cash!” They really think 30+ days is fast?
Also I was sent an email to submit a photo of my ID and my face, I saw it in my inbox by chance, an alert in the website would have been nice incase I missed the email.

Forever payout time
I previously used GiftCash.com to sell a $100 Amazon gift card and received payment within five days, so I decided to use their service again. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing. It has now been 24 days since I submitted my gift card, and I have not received any payout or meaningful update regarding the status of my transaction.
The order status has remained unchanged, and I have not been provided with clear communication about the delay. My transaction ID is GA-B6925-312410. I am very disappointed.
Update: I still haven’t received an update and it has been 39 days on March 11th so I am changing my review from 4 stars to 3 to now 2 stars also I still haven’t received any information regarding the delay

I was finally paid after contacting support, although they took some time to respond at first. They asked me to use ACH payment, and I was eventually paid. This is a legitimate site use ACH and forward the code to support, and you will be paid faster. Crypto support mentioned there were verification issues. I will now rate the site 5 stars.

Never Paid Out
I sold a Best Buy gift card worth $100 on January 10, 2026 (Transaction ID: GA-0CFDC-311365) and have yet to receive payment. It has now been over a month. I’ve sent emails to customer service in the past two weeks and have not received any response.
