Do not buy from this company. I have had a terrible experience. I got sucked into believing they were honest, but they are far from it. I ordered 2 bottles of perfume for my daughters. They turned up in a black plastic bag, 1 of the bottles was damaged on arrival, they were cellophane wrapped and the perfume had leaked everywhere.i took photos and sent them to the seller of the damage without opening them. They refused my refund, i appealed and was sent a label to send both bottles back. I had to get tik tok admin involved as they ignored my messages to say the 2 bottles of perfume was delivered back and I had proof. Then they declined my refund due to damage when I sent it back. It was sent back right away unopened in the packaging that they came in. I have appealed again and tik tok refused my appeal. Due to the condition it was in when they got it back. I have lost £43.95. They are very dishonest and suck everyone in to thinking they are great. I am sure they damage the products and blamed me for it when it was returned. It is absolutley appalling what they do to people. I am so disappointed in tik tok also because they believed them. I will never buy from them again. Its disgusting the way they treat people, take people's money without a second thought. Then damage the returned product more and blame the customer. The quality of the clothing is terrible also, loose threads everywhere. They are con people, so do not buy!!! It's such a shame as I am now deleting tik tok as they take their side also. A lot of good genuine sellers but they are terrible. I have no faith in Tik Toks money back guarantee now.

The item sent was not what i ordered i ordered alice straight leg diamonte jeans but i got sent wide legged laulia diamonte jeans im.wanting to return them asap but i want a free returns
Label as this isnt my fault and these jeans will cost a lot to send back as they are heavy

I also love the energy of the duo behind the brand. Their lives seem so fun and it shows in the product. I enjoy everything about them.

I found this seller at Christmas 2025 and I now mainly buy my clothes from them . The sellers are amazing and friendly and the clothing is fashion forward and of a high quality 👌.

I discovered Glamdolls about 3 years ago, and have never looked back. The quality of their products, their prices and their customer services are honestly unmatched. Delivery it super fast and help is always on hand. My upmost fave boutique by far.

Wow found glamdoll 8 weeks ago and have since bought a whole new wardrobe. Such good quality and lovely clothes. Its really refreshing when you find somewhere that caters for plus size ladies. Absolutely brilliant company and the owners cant do enough for you as there customer. Truly amazing

I can see this company has a reputation for refusing refunds and accusing customers of damaging products. Unfortunately, my experience was no different.

I ordered a pair of boots and, after trying on just one boot, realised I couldn’t even stand up because the heel was far too high. I repackaged them immediately and returned them within three hours of receiving the parcel, clearly stating my reason for the return.

Despite this, I received a final email claiming I had damaged the boots and refusing my refund. There was no genuine attempt to consider my response or investigate the situation.

It’s disappointing how quickly they replied when I asked about the heel height before placing my order, yet once it came to resolving a refund issue, they were neither responsive nor willing to engage.

VERY POOR customer service and an unprofessional way to treat customers. I won’t be shopping with this company again.

CHEAP rundown business. They’d rather keep a customer’s £30 than provide fair customer service or honour a legitimate return. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Bought loads from this shop, returned three pyjamas worth £60.00 and a jumper £18, claimed it had marks on it and been washed! I hadn’t even worn them, as they were too long! They blocked me and never refunded the money. Not sure whose worse out of the pair, Charlotte seems more honest.Customer service absolute rubbish and rude.They have done this to others aswell, from reading reviews! Would not recommend them, clothes come with all cotton hanging!

Jumpsuit ordered for my holidays, arrived with a hole in it. Rude customer service reps refused the refund. They had sent out a defective item. Refund given eventually by TikTok, avoid.

Bought 3 dresses. Came whippet fast, lovely colour an meterial an my mam loves them

Ordered a pair of trainers and after an hour of having yhrm on the gold trim came of the back of both of them. I got in touch with glamdoll and they said because they had been worn they could offer me a 25% refund to get them repaired. I said i felt like that was a bit of an insult and i havent had a reply.

I ordered 2 co- ord sets via tiktok, the arrived i tried one on and almost fell up the stairs, i was in it 20 seconds if that, i'm 6 months pregnant the garment is too long so i sent them both back the same day they arrived at my house. My refund was rejected because it had been worn, the tags were removed and it 'smelled' I smelt it before i wore it and it smelt like the warehouse it came from as did the black one that i never tried on, i cannot contact them via tiktok as they have me blocked and i'm not paying for something i returned that was in the same condition, the customer service is non exsistent and if anything happened to my child i'd be suing them for it. DON'T BUY

Sold me a faulty bag where the strap snapped off then refused to reimburse for the item or send a replacement. Their customer service team is shocking and rude. I have escalated the issue to my bank for a charge back!

Excellent quality bags reasonably priced

STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT PAYS THEIR VIEWERS FOR VIEWS.

I paid £3.99 for delivery and another £3.99 to return an item, only to then be told I wouldn’t be refunded because it had supposedly been “worn”, which is simply not true.

The item was only tried on briefly for fit and returned straight away with all tags attached and in the original packaging. It was not worn, and there’s no way it could have been with the labels still on.

They’ve claimed there was a mark on the sleeve, but that does not mean the item was worn, and I completely dispute this. It feels like an excuse to avoid issuing a refund.

I’ve now had to raise a chargeback with my bank, which I shouldn’t have to do.

Very frustrating experience and not how customers should be treated. I wouldn’t order again.

Got my self one outfit to see what the quality was like And it was amazing for the price. So went back on the website and ordered more can't wait for it to come . I have seen some reviews on here what are absolutely mind-blowing. Trying to put a company down . It your new here take no notice of the people that are doing bad reviews. I wouldn't say something was great of it wasn't
