Crap. Do not work I used three bottles over couple month rridiculous

Took my money and didn’t ship the product. Emailed company and they won’t refund my money or do anything to resolve the problem.

Absolute rubbish.
They happily took our money and when we asked for a refund and, in faith posted the items back to China as requested, we got nothing back.
Their refund policy is a joke.
Do NOT buy.

Didn't do anything for skin colour (not surprised but still that is their one job). Also they ship from China despite claiming to have depots in UK, which makes the 30 day return pointless (I had 3 full bottles fyi). Also you have to email to cancel which is horrible practice.

I LOVE this product! I was surprised to see it start to work in a few days when it says it will take a few weeks (I'm sure that varies by person). It returned much of my summer tan even though it was mid winter and helped my confidence. I am sure it was placebo, but my skin felt healthier too.

REFUSING TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, ONLY GETTING THE SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Good but some bottles are different colour water
Please could you send me darker water colour as not making me any browner

Surprised that the drops actually do work!
I started taking the drops a few months before a holiday.
Went on holiday in January for 1 week and the drops have maintained my holiday tan

Do not buy from here. They’ll give you subscription on your purchase and when you ask to cancel it they say they have but they haven’t as you will see money being taken by them again. Do not buy from here.

The communication was appalling.
I cancelled my subscription as the drops made my pigmentation so bad & they kept charging my card & sending out more. & Every time I emailed them to stop charging me , they would answer with a circled description of how to cancel it. Which i had already done. I asked them to refund my money they said no. Return items & we will look into it.
The staff on email were rude & condescending!
DONT BUY OR SUBCRIBE! U WILL REGRET IT!

Total scam - have been taking daily for over a month, absolutely no difference

Would give no star if possible. Company is a scam and will take your money, there is no mention of subscription when you get 1st bottle, and no customer number to call have to email to request cancellation. After 2nd lot arrived I immediately requested cancellation and they did not cancel and sent out 3rd lot taking my money again. Please be careful and avoid the trap!

PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK

As soon as you buy 1 you’re locked into a monthly subscription and it’s impossible to stop the monthly debits to your account without having to cancel your credit card. The only way to cancel your “apparent” subscription is to email them but they don’t respond.
If you do get a response advising that they will cancel the subscription, they DON’T.
I purchased the product in September 2025 with the intention of trying it to see if I like it and have been charged ever since. In March 2026 I called my bank and had my credit card canceled.

Do not buy, seriously. Anyone that gives them more than 1 star is probably a bot. I unknowingly got charged for a second time 4 weeks later for a “subscription” and have now emailed them 10 times to cancel because that’s the only way to cancel, and have not received a response. I don’t care about cancelling my card, I’m going to my lawyer to sue lol. What a trash company

The product doesn't work. It actually made me feel a bit ill while using it as instructed. I first made a purchase thinking that I would give it a try, and it was not something that was prominent on the initial purchase that there was a subscription arrangement. I certainly wasn't going to sign up for that! So I tried it, didn't work, and thought that I'd not make this mistake again! Then I was charged for another package and it was delivered to me. Before it being delivered, I logged into their site (took multiple attempts) and found that there was a subscription. I immediately followed the steps to cancel this - which involved multiple emails/long awaited response. I also requested for their return address, as there is none on their packaging, and to this point, have not received this communication. Their refund policy doesn't match their actions, nor does their product do what it is advertised to do. Lesson from this one? Don't believe the hype, and be happy in your own skin.

If I could give them zero starts I would. They're crocks, taking monthly payments from my debit card even after multiple requests to stop!

first, there is no tracking so you have no idea when it’s going to show up, second it signs you up for a subscription and doesn’t tell you, you find out because it charges your card again, third instead of letting you cancel the subscription the only option is to keep skipping the orders so that you aren’t charged(i have reached out to the company but have not heard back yet), and lastly they don’t even work and taste terrible, please don’t waste your money!

SCAM, had to cancel my credit card and get fees reversed because they continue to send and charge. I signed no agreement to that.
RUN don’t do it.

This company is a scam. I have tried canceling my subscription multiple times. Do NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY
