Wouldn’t Recommend After This Experience
I ordered a flash unit and a Fujifilm trigger. The trigger was out of stock, but I was happy to wait. When it finally arrived, it had clearly been opened and used. It also had a fault, so I had to return it.
I was asked whether I wanted a replacement or a refund—I chose a replacement. I was told I'd need to wait again for a new unit. A week after the expected arrival date, it still hadn’t turned up, so I contacted them again. I was then informed that, due to a communication error on their end, I had been issued a refund instead, and would now need to reorder the item.
At that point, I gave up. I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but this was a disappointing experience. Although the staff I spoke with were friendly and apologetic, the overall service was simply too poor for me to recommend them.
