No customer service
I ordered online from this company on 4/17. I got a tracking number 4/21 but only a label was created. I didn't receive this item until 5/5(almost 3 weeks later). I ordered the SOC Peak. It came in a Walmart box with no packing. I unboxed the item and read all the directions as they were very straight forward. I plugged the charger into the base and a red light came on and remained on. This indicated overheating, which I later found is common with this SOC. I waited until the next day and tried again but the light was still on. It wouldn't charge or work at all. I called Golden Leaf and they said to contact the manufacturer. I emailed both parties and no response. Absolutely no customer service. I had to pay to return it and dispute the charges. I've never experienced this before. I would advise to never spend money at this shop and do not purchase an SOC.
