Customer service, Ben was awful
I am so disappointed in how I was treated today by a man who said his name is Ben. He said his manager is Brad. I came in to get coils and I honestly could not remember what kind I need so I brought my vape in with me. Ben asked what size and I told him I was not sure he looked up my number and got coils. I walked out to the car and remembered that the last time I was here the lady got the wrong one, no big deal we laughed and traded them out for the correct one. So I walked back in and told Ben that I remembered what happened last time and that these were the wrong ones. I took my coil out of my vape and showed him. He got the right ones, which was not his fault at all, and before I walked away I was scolded by Ben. He told me that next time to make sure I know what coils I need so I don’t mess things up. Then he grabs papers to show me I have caused a mess. I hate that I couldn’t remember what I needed but that’s why you have customer service. I love the store and I’ve liked everyone before, but this man was incredibly rude. I would post a picture of my receipt but I didn’t get a receipt.
