They don't have what they say
They don't have what they say. Place an order then find out later there's backorders. Three weeks go by and still don't have all my order. Phones aren't working so can't call anyone. No one replies to emails when asking about order in question. Try the 'live' chat and you get the ol bait and switch routine for a higher priced item. Won't give any idea for an ETA on the backorder. This has not been a good experience so will probably not use this company again in the future. Disappointed.

Shipping is horrible
Shipping is horrible, I was told items leave the warehouse in 1 day and arrives 5 days later and it was a week later and my item hadn’t even shipped so I requested a refund.

Compost bags
We bought a compost system that included a counter-top unit. The compost bags fit nicely and make it much easier to empty the unit outside.
