Amazing customer service and prompt delivery time. I'm a micro business starting out and I appreciate the patience they had with me continuously calling and asking questions about bottle label panel dimensions. The lovely young lady I spoke with in customer service went as far as going to the warehouse and getting a bottle to measure and take pictures for me. This extra level of customer service helped me with creating a label with a graphic design artist to fit the bottle I chose perfectly.

I love the bottles
I love the bottles, it’s great marketing. They are much taller than the square bottles I used before I found Good Start Packaging. It’s the same size “12oz.” But it looks like they’re getting more for their money. I’m sold on the round bottles!

We needed bottles fast for a big order…
We needed bottles fast for a big order and this was our first time going with Good Start. We were so impressed and satisfied right from the beginning even before we ordered. We had questions and concerns about getting the right product and having it come in time because we've been getting all our business orders late due to covid. Well, the friendly staff replied so quickly to all our emails. After ordering, our package came in two days. We are so pleased with Good Start and will definitely be doing more business in the near future with this company.

The items you order are only housed in our east coast warehouse and so transit time is around 5 business days to get across the country. Do you have some time today for a call to discuss?
