Customer service.is very important! Even though i unintentionally called about 10 min before closing, never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. Great descriptions of products!

Probably the best food boxes on the market!

We ordered about a variety of products all that claimed to be 10oz. The 10oz hot cups actually hold 12oz and the 10oz cold cups we bought hold exactly that. We were hoping for consistency with our cup sizes when we bought them but didn't seem to work that way. When you pay $70 bucks on shipping its hard to want to return the items for what you were hoping for.

Guess we'll just order differently next time.

Response to below: yes, your hot cups have head room but the other World Centric 10oz cold cups which are also listed as 10oz- are actually 12oz. There is just no consistency between what 10oz means. We only got the others this time because we liked the look and assumed they'd be like the World Centric cups.

As a business owner I am very big on customer service, with that being said Good Start Packaging’s customer service goes above and beyond the expected. I can appreciate the personal touch from the owner who wanted to make sure the products I ordered were of the quality that was expected and they were. I ordered the 8oz and the 16oz PET juice bottles for my business and they are amazing. They are very attractive looking, they very durable, holds our labels well, refrigerated beautifully, and makes for a beautiful presentation for our products that it is truly hard not to want to drink from one. I also ordered 2,500 green caps and the caps are truly awesome. They are easy to put on the bottles you just place them give them a quick turn and the tamper proof cap is activated I love it. I think that’s my favorite part once I’ve bottled my product it brings out the kid in me. Overall I feel that Good Start Packaging delivers on quality, quantity, and most importantly customer service. This company has definitely found them a loyal consumer I will definitely continue to order from them for all my businesses needs.

Just ordered samples, which arrived promptly and were exactly what I asked for. Perhaps the only thing missing would be a card with a customer service name, or direct number. But otherwise, just right. And in a box with paper tape; why can’t Amazon do that?

Love these! I got the 12 oz containers. I used them both for soup and ice cream, and they store in the freezer perfectly. Great for sampler sizes of ice cream. The best part is that these containers are recyclable and environmentally friendly.

The only downside is that the lids are a little bit loose for normal fridge storage but if you’re freezing product, it’ll expand and the lids won’t feel so loose.

Will be getting the larger sizes in the future!
