Quick Shipping and Great Communication
After placing my order, my items came so quickly that I wasn't even expecting them yet. With all the delayed shipment times this year, I was pleasantly surprise with the quick turnaround time. Turkey Dinner is a Perfect Fit.
We needed a big box to hold our Thanksgiving Dinner for 1 and the Bento Box fit the bill. The order arrived early and we loved the packaging. I wish I could post a picture!

Keep your Feedback Honest
Didn’t know it was going to be so hard to find bottles for my juice company. A Good Start representative emailed me and sent me a few samples no questions asked. Things like this help a company very much to earn my business. Samples came quick but unfortunately one of the bottles did not come, no problem there were two others to choose from. Seems I still wanted to go with the one that did not make the trip. Good Start ended up having the lowest price with the most units to purchase. Good for them, but I guess because I’m on the other side of the map shipping comes out to be very high. Back to square one for me, but if your on the east coast this for sure would be my ‘go to” juice bottle connection. For me, the professionalism alone receives my five stars.

Overall excellent experience! The customer service and follow through when I ordered samples to test products for a new program being rolled out was hands down an easy process. My rep was patient, easy to work with and helpful in making recommendations as we reviewed alternatives to meet my requirements. This was a win / win and no brainer when making the decision of where to source Eco products.

The bags are sturdy for being bio. The only problem we've had are the bags sticking together at the bottom and sometimes at the handle.

First of all, the customer service for this company is phenomenal. I had quite a few questions that were thoroughly answered and I had someone walk be through every step of the process. The packaging is wonderful. It holds up to hot foods, lots of liquid, and moving it all around. Also, you can tell it is earth friendly but still looks really nice. We also purchased biodegradable bags that are so soft and nice.
