Extremely helpful agent on delivery problem
Ordered products at last minute; agent assisted me to get it completed in time for our event. THEN - FedEx did not leave any notations on doors anywhere, that they had been by to deliver and no one available, until an email arrived to say they were sending the products back to GoodStart since I did not receive them. Yikes! Our office was occupied 8-4 pm during that time and no notes or delivery attempts came that our staff saw. I ran into difficulty tracking down the deliveries through FedEx and then called your agent, who contacted FedEx and had them hold the boxes for me to pick up, as I was in time crunch to receive. THANK YOU for all your extra help in a difficult time!

If it is possible for you to purchase in bulk, you will see cost-savings there as your cost per unit will drop significantly. Alternatively, if you are shipping to a residential address and have the ability to ship to a commercial address, that will also net some savings. I'm a private individual...
I'm a private individual, not commercial customer, and first time purchaser of biobags; I got an 800 ct. roll. They had the qualities I wanted, i.e. no plastics, all plant matter, grown and processed in USA. I use them in cleaning out litter boxes as well as for food (separately, that is...). Though marketed for commercial use, other products look good for potential use in conjunction w/biobags for freezing food (I process and freeze a lot of food), i.e. using biobags instead of Saran Wrap, cutting them up if needed. Also, I find veg. kept in biobags in fridge last much longer than in plastic.
Good selection of products, service excellent and prompt, user friendly website, reasonable shipping fees.

First of all the bottles were amazing and just what we wanted ! And shipping was extremely fast. I think we got the bottles the same week we ordered which was perfect. Prices are great so we’re stuck with good start!!!
