I ordered some savoury prezels that I find hard to buy. They arrived next day, in perfect condition . So very pleased. Such quick service, so will be buying again from this company

Bought for a charity, never received the items, no refund, no answer.

Order never arrived, no communication, now website doesn’t exist, scammers!

Scammers don't fall for their trap they will take your money and send nothing in return 100 quid down the swanny absolute joke this is got their location and sending the police round hopefully they haven't jetted off because of the heat but for people out there stay well aware and the time of writing this review their website is down

I can’t believe my luck. this is the 2nd sweet company that has conned me. sent 3 emails, all ignored. now links to my account/order don’t work). no order received as at 30th June (ordered 19th June). fuming! will be claiming back through the bank. probably same company that conned me last time under a different name (Wholesale Sweets UK)

I gave one star because I had to put one in. I’d give no stars if that was possible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They look very professional and well set up but once they had my money that was the end of it. I got no confirmation of despatch and when I used their live chat to follow up there was no reply. Even leaving my email address for them to respond when they “weren’t busy” led me nowhere. They have my money and I’m without what I ordered. I wish I had read the reviews first so I learned an expensive lesson.

I ordered from here and it’s been 1 month since my order hasn’t came

Items never arrived, ordered 31 May 2025 and today is the 12th of June 2025. Unable to contact them or sign into my account.

If I could give zero stars for this review I definitely would!
I placed an order back on 7th May and still haven't received my order. I have emailed 3 times to chase and have been completely ignored every single time - I even tried to use the online chat service and still had no reply! Safe to say I will be opening a dispute with my bank and will never be ordering from these rob dogs again! *STAY WELL AWAY AND DO NOT ORDER, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS!!!*

Ordered a box of choc bars on 1st May from this company. I’m still waiting for them to be delivered. They don’t answer your emails at all. I think they are scammers. Going to try and one final contact and then if no joy then report to the bank for fraud.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Same as everyone else , didn’t arrive , fed a load of rubbish, said they’ll resend them but nothing! Claimed the money back through my credit card and they’ve had the bare faced cheek to challenge! Please nobody order from them ever!

I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
Like others have said, total scam.
Ordered end of January, got an email beginning of March saying they were running late then nothing.
I’ve sent numerous emails but got no replies.
Even tried to claim the money back via my bank but no luck.
Oh, and try and leave a review on their own page and you get a message saying “service unavailable”!

This company is a scam, I do not see why trading standards have not closed him down. The pictures on the site are from other sites. He takes your money and then nothing, you cannot contact him online or by phone do not purchase anything from this conman.

Do not waste your money buying from this company. They used a badly printed picture & discription of a brand I love & then sent completely different sweets. As I was buying a 3kg jar, I've lost about £30 (Inc postage).
I rang them, emailed them & requested to return them TWICE but heard nothing. I tried ringing a month later & the phone sounds dead.
Guessing they've gone out of business or trading under a different name now. Dishonest useless traders. Wish I'd read the reviews first!

even 1 star is to much, dont use they will take your money and disappear. have disputed with my credit card for a charge back.

Scam, the guy who owns this company keeps changing his company details every 6 months to avoid banks forcing him to pay back money.

I have reported him to Action Fraud and his local police force under fraud prevention.

He has ZERO intention of supplying anything you order, he hasn't supplied a single order in almost 12 months and his 5 star reviews all came in over the last 3 months and are all fake.

Awful company, wanted to order sweets for our wedding favours, evri tracker sat at 'on its way' for over a month, had to order from elsewhere.
They ignore emails, losing hope I'll ever get a refund. Stay away from these guys, wish I'd checked reviews beforehand.

Scam company. Do not buy. Placed an order nothing from them. Rang them goes to a mobile number voicemail. Emailed them. No response at all. Stay clear.
