I gave them one star bc I had to. Ordered a skirt. It didn’t fit. Reached out same day to the company and they could only offer me a $6 refund (when I pad $50) OR 20% off for my size exchange. Never ordering from this company again. Scam.

LIke many, I saw the red flags way too late after my order was placed. Seeing that their website says that you can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it as long as it isn't shipped, I tried my luck and emailed their support an hour after placing mine.

Imagine my surprise when instead of receiving a response to my email my order was instead, 6 hours later during a weekend, updated to shipped with completely blank tracking to ensure that I could not cancel it. A day later, I finally received a vague "your order was shipped please track it on this website" response to my email (from a person who is most definitely real mind you) with no acknowledgement for my request to cancel it.

Funnily enough, the custom fees that they mention right beneath their order cancel policy were indeed applied as soon as my order made it to my country. Whatever it is I'm about to receive, regardless of quality etc, they've made it quite obvious that their only goal was to make sure they could "run off" with what little money I had given them. Even if my order ends up being of acceptable quality I just cannot trust a website or company that shows this many red flags both on the surface and after placing an order.

I bought a pair of pants from this site and they came with no top button! So they are impossible to wear. They refuse to send me a new pair without me sending the defective pair to CHINA, they wanted me to buy another pair for $15, and are refusing to give me a refund. Their claim is that the pants are too expensive to send out another pair. I agree that they are expensive, thats why i want a pair that i can actually wear. Becasue what good is a pair of pants without a top freaking button!?!? Just absolutely terrible!

They're SCAM!!! I returned an item to them on the 18th July. I was asked to post it to an address in China. I did by paying for "internatioal track and sign". In the beginning it showed "delivery pending" when I tried to track the delivery, but today, after two months, it just got delivered back to me"! Even though they had sent an email saying they would refund me! Plus a disbute through PayPal that didn't help! $100 wasted!

They are simply SCAM!!! I returned an item to them in July. I was asked to post it to an address in China. I did by paying for "internatioal track and sign". The item has now completed disappeared out of the radar and I have wasted the costs for both the dress and the international track postage!!

Bought a “one size fits all” skull jacket but on arrival it was a small size and smelt mouldy. Asked for a refund, was told to return item still with tag and original bag, which I did and cost me AUS $20.
Parcel was returned to me and as the address they gave me was incorrect.
So no refund and ended up paying postage. No apology. Worst customer service I’ve ever had.

If I can put a -star I would. This place is HORRIBLE. They dont tell you they ship from China. So if you're expecting your garment by a certain time, youre not getting it. You should know something is up when
1. You don't get a tracking number after your purchase.
2. You get the tracking number days later.
3. When you're requesting a refund before you even get the product, you can sense the procrastination in their responses.
I made my purchase 3/5 received it 3/27. NEVER AGAIN. Just the fact it was overseas and they never noted that they shipped from overseas. Didn't find out until they took my money

Stay away from this website. The quality of item is so bad. Have been trying to get a refund but they do everything not to give it to you. Offer you a discount on next product (as if you would buy anything from them again). Make you pay for shipping back then say they will be deducting original shipping from your refund even though you paid for them to ship it. Would have never bought it if I knew they don’t have a returns policy. Scammers!

Be careful shopping here. Their quality compared to the prices feels like a total ripoff! Many items feels like poor cheap china "wish style" quality but still charging the same price (or higher) than you would pay within EU for the item. (It all depends on which item you buy though.) Very few items were of decent quality but you still pay about as much as you would within the EU for the item either way.. And remember this company ships from China so they probably make alot of profit from people buying their counterfeit goods.

They sell some copies of bigger brands and charge slightly more than half the price compared to the original brand for much cheaper quality.

I waited 4 weeks for the packages in total. I finally received 2 of the packages but not the third. Its now soon week 6 since I ordered and reading from other reviews here I have heard their custommer support is not great. So I hope the package will show up soon so I don't have to contact them about it..

Don't buy here! Clothing is cheap with poor quality and they won't accept returns. Returns have to be shipped on own costs to china and then they refuse the delivery and it comes back to you. This is a scam.

keeps promising shipping, admit they don't have the product, I received a refund mail at one point and a 3 week old shipping nr from a fake service hours later with the notice it has been picked up days ago - IT HAS NOT 😂

I’ve purchased from this company twice. They say that they accept exchanges and returns but they will do everything in their abilities to keep you from getting a refund. They sent me a pair of pants that are uneven, 14 eyelets on one leg and 13 on the other, I contacted them and they said that they don’t have any non-defective pairs to send me and told me to order another different pair of pants and they’ll give me a discount on them. I told them I do not want another pair of pants and they’re still expecting me to pay $30 to ship them back to China. $30 out of my own pocket because I was sold a pair of pants that do not look like the picture and were admittedly, by them, defective.

I ordered in high hopes of getting clothing of my style but I was EXTREMELY disappointed the quality and sizing was terrible and a few of the products were nothing like the pictures. I tried to get a refund and failed as they didn’t provide me with the SKU of all the products. I wasted over 200$ on this website. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Just a heads up that you might not get what you paid for from gothbb.com. The quality of there clothing is quite debatable.

I have bought from this website multiple times, and they have always delivered the right order. Everything fit and everything was like the picture.
One of the dresses from there is one of my all time favorite I’ve owned!
The reason for only 4/5 stars is that I’m not too sure if some of the items are copies of other small(er) business’ products. Be aware of that!
I recently saw a picture of a belt on their website, and then later I saw a woman on Instagram wear the exact same belt. I asked her where she got it from, cause I wanted to get it too! I said I saw it on GothBB.com, expecting her to say the same but she said she bought it from a small business and that it was probably a “steal” or a copy if it was on GothBB. I haven’t bought from there since, but I still look through their website occasionally.

That’s why I’m a little more skeptical now, but overall I wouldn’t panic if I buy from them. They also usually say they include a free accessory in the package when you buy something, and I have gotten 1 free accessory every time!

This is my personal experience. I don’t know the company otherwise, but I am of course open to learn if you have a different experience/different knowledge :)
