Worst shopping experience ever.

Worst shopping experience ever.
I ordered a pair of shoes. The price at the check out was about $400. After I completed the payment, I got a text from my bank that says my card was charged about $600. I immediately contacted to The List to look into the issue. I'm glad that I took a screenshot of the order# and the price stated $400 on the website because the email receipt the shop sent says $600. Without the screenshot, I couldn't prove that those shoes were $400 at the checkout. They told me that "It was a technical issue and your order was affected by this. But $600 is still cheaper than other competitors." ... Seriously? This does not make it right for them to charge me the amount that I didn't agree to pay. I didn't want to trust this company when I heard this. Also they shipped out my order in the middle of this conversation. I requested to stop the shipment and give me a full refund. Now they stopped the shipment, the item is returned to them, but still no refund. They said that they are waiting for the confirmation... What kind of confirmation do the need to give me back my money in this situation? I understand if this was a normal return that they need to inspect the returned item. But this is not the case. What is stopping them to process the refund? I hope someone very responsible in the company is reading this and take it serious to train their customer service representatives.

I ordered an item from the list and…

I ordered an item from the list and immediately asked to cancel as the size was in woman's and not men's. I was told the item was canceled but I have no email of the cancelation nor has the item been shipped. I requested a refund and still no word a week later.

This is the most bizarre website I have ever seen…

There is no basket on the website, I had to search for the item 10 times to put it back to my basket and the price keep going back to US dollars and United States as a country whereas I am in France…

And then the price changed suddenly while I was going to checkout went from 296€ to 314€ in few seconds (all taxes were already included before and it was to the same delivery address). This is the weirdest experience I have ever had with an online retailer yet… Very off-putting.

Your CS said it was a "glitch" but there are the same complaints from several months ago and nothing was done to fix this glitch… So I presume it’s not a glitch but a deliberate attempt to charge more money (like the customer wouldn’t notice the increase in price 🙄). To increase the price while I was at checkout is not a normal practice, it seems to happen regularly according to reviews. In this case, when I saw that I simply decided to not proceed with the purchase. You just lost a potential customer.

TERRIBLE app

TERRIBLE app! They are very shady and very dishonest! Twice I left honest bad reviews about the horrible experience I’ve had using this awful app and they failed to publish it! They are very shady very dishonest! They hide negative reviews on their Apple Store! The prices advertised on the app are not true they show low prices yet when you try to buy the prices magically increase whilst in your shopping cart despite it clearly stating taxes already added! Customer service is equally as useless! Avoid this horrible glitchy dishonest store!!!

The pricing was unbeatable. The verification process was a bit odd, but the sales rep was very helpful and replied promptly, which made the process smoother. The shipment took a while but it’s worth the wait.

Great experience!!

Ordered shoes for my wife and the transaction was great! Shipping was fast and item was delivered in perfect condition. The shoes ran small so I had to return but, the process was just as great. I was emailed a return form and brought item to FedEx drop off location. Once item was received, I received a confirmation email with time frame of refund.
Would 100% recommend and purchase again.
