Difficult navigation

Good merchandise and good price, but it was hard to find what I was looking for. The sort filters didn't really work (by brand), and the when I decided against something I had to go through the entire category again, rather than just picking up where I left off. Also, the sign-up discount wasn't clear on the invoice at check-out. I received the discount, but I wasn't sure I was going to at check-out, and I almost decided against the purchase.

All good with my order. Received my item in 5 working days. The item was exactly as it was in the description and in the pictures, really well packed. Good prices. I will order again for sure. Recommend

. If I could give minus stars I would. They have taken money for goods which have never been received and also never responded to any emails.

This website is amazing

This website is amazing, they have a huge variety of products from various brands with good prices. The customer service replies very fast and works very efficiently to solve any issues. Only from time to time, some items go out of stock and the website wouldn't be updated yet. But I highly recommend this website because it is really great!

Hi I recently purchased a LV bag but when it came it looked nothing like the condition it looked like on line
However, it arrived on the morning I was leaving for holidays and although I decided it needed to be returned , but I did not realise I only had 14 days to return it .. so when I found out I was too late to return .. I contacted costumer services and was guided through and excused by Filipa .. my return was accepted and my money reimbursed .. whilst the product I received was disappointing the costumer service by Filipa was excellent it was 5 star

I was weary of purchasing from this…

I was weary of purchasing from this website because I was pending $10k and it’s a large purchase to risk if something went wrong. Rest assured everything was perfect! The team, especially Alexander answered all my questions and made the process seamless. There were delays with delivery but that’s expected with any shipment/company. I would shop again !
