Very fast and understanding customer service. Thank you so much to Jen for her help in my situation. I made a mistake and misunderstood the service I was purchasing, and she assisted me and fixed my situation in under an hour. So appreciative of the graciousness of the reps.

On March 30, 2020, I have placed order of passport renewal service ( Order #: P594825324), and two days later, I realized the government had temporarily stop the passport renewal service on March 20, 2020 already, due to the outbreak of Covid-19.

Because of that, the package I ordered become useless during that moment. I swear, it was nothing mentioned about this on their webpage when my order was placed.

Starting from that day, I have tried different way to solve this issue, a) to mail them letter to their mailbox address, b) to dispute the payment through my Credit-Card company, c) to file a complaint through the BBB web page. But nothing works so far.

At the beginning, they will try to ignore any message you sent them directly, since a mail-box address is the only way you may reach them. And If you had waited too long ( 2-3 month ) to get any response back, and to try to file a dispute through your credit card company, it becomes another reason their service person to ignore your request.

If you had filed a complains through the BBB webpage, they will goofing around your complaint. With the endless, back and forth emails, eventually the BBB service person lost his patient himself, and stopped the thread, with such tag on the complaint:
"Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied.”

Regarding the dispute sent through my CreditCard company, they will send CreditCard company their newly updated web page to prove that they did not do wrong 5 month back.

So overall, even you have obvious reason to try to get the refund back, they will dissolve your request, and not to get your refund back.

I had spent lots of energy and time to deal with such an obvious thing, and I have just realized it is not worth it to dealing with such a merchant. Sometimes it just ruin my mood to work on more important things.

So, here is my conclusion, “This company does not have the nature to help customers. They are greedy".

By the way, according to BBB page, “In an effort to reduce the underlying cause of complaints, Govsfilingonline.org informed BBB on Augest 3rd, 2020, that they are no longer offering passport assistance service. “ I am so happy for such thing happens.

Total scam. I used this company to renew my passport. I Paid $129.95 thinking it included the government fee to renew. Instead, they sent a renewal application and an addressed and prepaid Priority Mail envelope. I then discovered I still had to pay government fee of $110! Their website is very misleading and when you receive their package it includes a statement that there will be no refunds. Still, I plan to dispute with my payor.

They are very deceptive & STEAL your money. I thought I was applying for a birth certificate for my daughter and after they stole my money they informed me I had basically done was request the paperwork and that I still had to get the info from the state.

****STOP, STOP this is not a valid way to get a new or renewed passport. I went to Michigan.gov, found a link, it took me to Govfilingsonline.com. Paid the $129.95 received a claim number, therefore I thought I was in the PASSPORT area. What this company does is send you an application to get your new or renewed passport. But remember I paid this company $129.95 to receive my passport, only to get an application from this company for a passport. I would have to pay twice, once to GOVFILINGSONLINE.COM (129.95) and to the US.DEPT. OF STATE (110.00).
